Roberts Homes were very professional in their dealings with the sale of our home. They attended and captured the property in all it's glory and the walk through video complemented the photographs very well.
They kept us informed every way through the selling process and made us feel relaxed and confident from our first meeting right through to the handing over of the keys. As a family run business they went to great lengths to make it as stress free as possible for us and we would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house in the future.

Decided to go with Anne and the Team as I have previously sold a property through Roberts Homes, and found the experience to be a positive one.
They are a small, local , family run business and have a long standing reputation in the area . This appealed to me as they are very knowledgeable about the local community and surrounding area.
I was particularly impressed with the staging and marketing of the property. Chris’s video was very professional. The Team communicate very quickly and effectively. It was very easy to get in touch with them , be it via email , telephone or what’s app. I would definitely recommend Roberts Homes if buying or selling a property.

Thank you so much to Anne, Chris, Jess, Nerys and all the team at Roberts Homes for getting us over the line with the sale of our property. What turned out to be a difficult and drawn out process due to reasons beyond our control would have no doubt been even more stressful and taken even longer had it not been for their efforts.
The marketing of our property was excellent and Chris really made it stand out to potential buyers with his professional quality photos and videos (I’m sure he’s after a job on Homes Under The Hammer!). This meant we accepted an offer within 3 months at a time when the market was quiet and there were a lot of other properties for sale on our estate.
The team really went over and above to complete the sale by chasing the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain. I don’t think many other estate agents would have put that level of effort in and it was great to have them on the end of the phone when we needed them.
We would recommend Roberts Homes to anybody looking to sell a property. They are a local, family run business which means they offer a very personal level of service which you are unlikely to get in larger companies. Their fees are also more competitive!
Thanks again, Roberts Homes, I hope we never have to go through the process again, but if we do then we’ll definitely be calling on your services!

Our house was up for sale with a different agent for 5 months with no offers and not many viewings, we went with Roberts Homes and had 3 offers in one day, we accepted an offer within in one month! All of the staff are extremely helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through smoothly. I was also really happy with the pictures and video tour that Chris did, they portrayed our home exactly as it looked. I believe the video tour and the accurate valuation of our property is what secured a sale so quickly.

Disgusting and unprofessional service from this estate agents, unable to take a picture or video of the inside of the property for our own reference although done it many different times with other agents. Spoke unprofessionally to my partner and upset her as well as me. Followed us all the way around the property and would not let us out of his sight after being told not to take a picture. When reported to his manager another family member of mine was disrespected by his manager. Would never use this company for anything. Completely unprofessional and appalling service! Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars so 1 will have to do although they don't even deserve that!

Speaking as a buyer, I have been very impressed with Roberts Homes and found them to be a breath of fresh air in comparison to other estate agents.
I was never made to feel rushed at viewings, nor followed like a shadow and the agents I met were genuinely friendly and had useful knowledge about the village and wider area I was moving into.
