The person dealing with our case was always unavailable and unprofessional that we had to call and complain and when anagement took over, it was just a horrible service, not responding in time and giving all the wrong information resulting in us losing a lot of money on a sale.
I would definitely recommend to stay away as they just provide a very bad service.
Also when we tried to complain that we have been unhappy with their service, we were provided with unprofessional manner and wrong info rather than a simple apology.
Shockingly BAD! I don't know how people have left so many good reviews for this place, but maybe we were unlucky!

Selling a property is never easy but Sandip and his team worked really hard to get my property sale to completion at all stages. Sandip always took my calls quickly ( at one particularly stressy point, on his day off on the golf course!!) We used Robertson Phillips to sell our house recently after Gibbs Gillespie failed to do so. The service we received throughout from RP, including all the staff we interacted with, has been amazing in comparison. RP was able to get us quite a few respectable offers and one that ultimately succeeded through to completion. All of our concerns and queries were addressed promptly throughout which had us feeling as comfortable as we could and increased our faith and trust that we chose the right Estate Agents to sell our house. Special shout-out to Sandip, Kylam and Jordan who I dealt with the majority of the time and were brilliant throughout - not to discount the other staff that were certainly involved!

I have recently been involved in the sale of my late mother’s house, for which Robertson Phillips have been the estate agent. Ross Pelling and his team - Jordan O’Dwyer and Kylam Willis - have been consistently wonderful in the way they have dealt with this.
It has been a very trying time, dealing with a difficult family member. The three negotiators mentioned above have gone out of their way to help, doing far more than I would ever have expected, and always keeping me informed, to ensure that finally the sale went ahead smoothly.
I cannot praise them enough for their work and support, and if it were possible to give six stars, I would have done that!

Having sold my property through Robertson Phillips I would 100% recommend them to any prospective vendor. They were thorough, very professional, informative and displayed a lot of experience. The fact that I was abroad during most part of the process, they had a set of keys for the property and just got on with the viewings etc. They really worked well together as a team, and I don’t want to be bias but I’d like to give a special shout to Jordan, he was on to me like a shot with any new information. Hands down the best Estate Agency I have ever dealt with, Ross, Jordan and all the team were amazing from start to finish.They sold our house in a record 2 and a half weeks which meant we didn't lose out on our dream home. They were so helpful from start to finish, liasing with the Estate agent we were buying from and helping to solve problems elsewhere in the chain. These guys are professional, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Ours was a very difficult chain at times but they were always on the ball and ready to get things moving when needed. Excellent professionals and courteous gentlemen, who are proactive in their follow up, Ross and Jordan made us feel at at ease and are the reason we would strongly recommend Robertson Phillips, North Harrow office.
Our purchase ran into trouble, when the upper chain seller, (who confirmed they were not in a chain and were moving with family) decided at the last minute, to buy further. However, with good intent and respectful pursuance, Jordan requested the seller to stick to agreed verbal assurances of a "no chain" sale. Jordan even went as far as to speak with the upper chain solicitors and estate agent to align all for our purchase to go ahead on date as planned.
Even at the height of issues with upper chain and solicitor response delays (as is most common with property sales), Jordan and Ross would always respond to phones calls as also to emails and messages with honest and transparent updates.
The sale went through well finally, and we owe a lot for this to these two gentlemen at Robertson & Phillips.

I have to say throughout my experience with you that your customer experience has been second to none. From the start you have been friendly, professional, quick to act and most importantly very proactive to update and communicate.

I had a very bad experience with this estate agent. Unfortunately, this particular estate agent does not allow you to view properties with them before you send them an agreement in principle/ financial checks. These usually get done once you have had an offer accepted, but to ask for this information before you have even viewed a property is absurd. Furthermore, they get you to register with them before letting you know of this, so you end up on their mailing list inundated with emails.

Having moved house a few times I have had some experience with agents, but Ross and his team were different. Our situation was such that we were selling our parents estate. We had a long chain and all sorts of challenges with buyers and the thing we needed was a proactive agent; someone who would see things happening and take action rather than getting hit weeks later - and thats what we got. Ross and his team were incredibly helpful and in a property world where so many buyers are fickle and the market is tough, you need people like Ross & his team to help get the best deal and actually move forward. My advice to you as a seller - listen to them! If they give you advice, pay attention and act on it.

We sold our house through Robertson Philips. Ross and his team did a great job overall and stuck with us for nearly a year on and off after our first chain fell apart. They negotiated well for us and have excellent knowledge of the local area, even going so far as to facilitate meetings with local schools to tempt one of our potential buyers. Jordan also did a great job of keeping us regularly updated on our sale process. One thing that they might have improved on was ensuring that the agent hosting house viewings on the opening weekend (when you are likely to have most viewings) is always someone who knows the property well and is familiar with the features. At one point we were due to have an agent who hadn’t been to the property before, but Ross rearranged this when we raised a concern. Other than this minor point, we can’t fault the hard work, perseverance and professionalism of Ross and his team - which ultimately delivered a sale for us.

I recently sold a property with Robertson Philips having selected them based on their proximity to the property being sold. They truly exceeded my expectations of an estate agent going above and beyond to make the sale as easy as possible for me as the buyer. I wasn't living in the property and as a working mum with very young children it was challenging for me to get to the property. They did the things you might expect of an estate agent in terms of arranging viewings, giving updates that kept me informed without being overwhelming etc. However, Ross and the team went beyond this e.g. they organised tradesmen to fix a number of issues, visited the property regularly so as to comply with the insurance criteria, and many other small things that made my life easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
