If I could give this state agent 100???? I would. I will start this review talking on the marketing of the houses they sell.. “ what you see on the pictures is what you see in reality when doing a viewing “ , this is the “ONLY” state agency that is not manipulating the pictures and this shows the professionalism ,the transparency and ethics this state agency have. Ana ( I think it was her name) did one of our viewings, she was “ ON TIME” to the dot ! súper well presented, elegant and extremely amicable, not pushy… spot on ! The next person I dealt with and need a special nomination is Louise a sales negotiator ( not sure if the designation is correct) , Louise is “an asset to this organisation”, transparency, support, communication , I never dealt with someone with this calibre of customer service and professionalism, with a special personal touch ?. A big thank you Louise !!! you delivered well beyond my expectations and I will recommend your state agency and your services to anyone who is looking to purchase a property. I had a brief communication with Vicky ( I hope I got it right), I can tell from my short conversations with her that she is a person that is on the ball, extremely pleasant and delivers what she promises.

The care the team at Robinson Hornsby took to enable both us and the sellers to reach sensible compromises when issues arose also demonstrated their professionalism and excellence – it is easy to see why they are market leaders for anyone wanting to sell/purchase a home in Doncaster and Tickhill.

When looking for an estate agent, I always consider my experiences as a buyer, When viewing properties Robinson Hornsby always answered the phone, called me back, asked for feedback, all things that are important to me as a seller. Competitively priced, local, so know the area and can advise both sellers and buyers. Having a point of contact, which for us was Isobel, was a great help so I spoke to the same person/people who knew what was happening on the move. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. It’s honestly false economy in my opinion going for on online/free estate agents. Thank you ladies, especially Isobel, for all your help ????

Excellent service. From putting our house on the market to them handing the keys over to the new owner. It took four months and a day to complete once the offer was made. RH kept us updated with regular and comprehensive emails and (when appropriate) phone calls. Always courteous, honest and direct; I would heartily recommend Robinson Hornsby. The staff were predominantly female and this seemed to soften the whole experience. I hope that doesn’t offend the gentlemen! It’s just that the calm efficiency helped navigate us through what could have been a testing time. Thanks in particular to Jane and Isobel for their sterling work.

Avoid this absolute corrupt deceiving company at all costs.
Never in my life have i met a company so unprofessional in my entire life. The whole process of the company is corrupt. Houses going to to closed bidding? Yeah unless you know someone who works inside and they accept an offer without letting others put their bid in on a house!!! Talk about brown enveloping to developers. Should be completely illegal the stuff this company is doing. Undercutting everyone including first time buyers and shattering peoples hopes of getting a first house.
Completely refusing to view a house because they have 'Too many viewings' Absolutely ridiculous. Shady dealing and shady internal dealings with developers too. Disgusting attitude from the people on the phone and downright disrespectful what they have done.
I hope nobody has to cross the path of this company or even consider selling their house through them especially if they have a little bit of compassion about them. I'd avoid them like the plague.

When viewing the house there was someone else viewing at the same time which we weren't made aware of meaning we couldn't ask everything we wanted too and the questions we did ask got a 'I don't know you'll have to call the office' response. Put an offer in on the house and didn't hear back from them for a week. In that time they were still conducting viewings and let the house to someone else. The whole time we had postponed our house search while waiting to hear back. We only found out because we saw the listing was no longer on rightmove and called them ourselves to find out the property had indeed been let and they had no intention of contacting us. Poor company with poor communication.
Edit: have been contacted to resolve this however not much can be resolved when a house is already let. Got told my offer was never even put forward to the landlord and had been written down wrong anyway. This only annoyed me further.

I love my new house!
I wanted to sell my 2-bedroom semi-detached house and upgrade to something more spacious. After giving Robinson Hornsby a call i was able to book a free-valuation for the next day. Their website gave me lots of options of places in my chosen area. The estate agent, that showed me round my beautiful new home, was friendly, helpful and made the whole process very simple.
If you are starting the process of selling a property or buying a new house I think you should definitely use Robinson Hornsby.

When we decided to sell our home , the next step was deciding which estate agent to go with .
After reading reviews online we decided to go with Robinson Hornsby , Natalie the valuer came on the Monday , the photographer on the Wednesday then it went live on the Thursday all very efficient and exactly how they said . Robinsons sold our house within the first 48hrs , for the next 9 weeks we had updates from Isabell or Emma at least twice a week , which was very reassuring.
On the eve of our move to our new home Isabell kindly rang and wished us all the best .

Well, this is actually a 'no star' review, but I was unable to select that option. The estate agent was late to the viewing, and when she arrived we found out another couple were viewing the property at the same time as us. Neither of us had been informed that this would be the case. It was majorly uncomfortable as we could not ask the questions we wanted or move round the house while the other couple were present. Quite frankly, this level of service is disgusting.
