Lucie and her Colleagues at the Oswestry branch were very friendly,professional and helpful during our sale and move a few months ago. If we were ever unsure of something, it was easily explained via email or phone call away. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very satisfied with the service we received. Roger Parry at the Shrewsbury branch were equally as helpful and chased up when needed to.

Outstanding Service from the Oswestry Team on Sale of Inherited Property. This was a remote sale as the vendors live in south west England. I was very impressed at the communication we had with Lucie Bromley, from initial set up of the contract to sell through the viewing and acceptance of bid process. The sales brochure showed the property in its best light whilst pointing out the age and potential improvements that may be needed.
