We completed on a house purchase last week with ROK Marsh and after a very long and convoluted process due to it being a complicated purchase, we can only say thank you to the amazing ROK marsh team for getting us through the door.<br><br>Garreth in particular was phenomenal throughout the process. He was always ready to pick up the phone to answer our endless queries and was continuously persistent when chasing the sellers solicitors for the information we needed to proceed. We recently bought our new home and sold our previous home with ROK Marsh and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.
We were previously with another larger Portsmouth based Estate Agency whom I found to be arrogant and non communicative. Our sale with them fell through and I found their attitude to be complacent and lacklustre. This was further highlighted once we had moved over to ROK Marsh who negotiated a sustainable sale within just 3 weeks!
The service we received from Matt, Lilly and especially Gareth put the previous Estate Agents to shame.

Danielle Kelly at Rok Marsh provided us with an outstanding A* service! Danielle assisted us from point of viewing to day of moving in. She was a consistent and dependable figure through the whole process, constantly going above and beyond her job role to make things happen and to get our purchase over the line. When we came across difficulties during the purchase, Danielle would always step in to assist (many times where it was not her role to do so and she was going way above and beyond to help out). Of all the professionals involved in both our sale and purchase, Danielle was by far the most involved, most helpful and most attentive throughout. Her attention to detail and will to succeed is second to none. Danielle works tirelessly round the clock emailing over weekends and evenings to get the job done. I can honestly say without Danielle’s persistence and perseverance this sale probably wouldn’t have gone through and for her work we are so grateful.

Having lost a sale through a well-known high street estate agents at the beginning of 2024, we reached out to ROK Marsh who seem to have redesigned and reinvented the whole working order of Estate Agency. From the moment we met Danielle we knew we were in safe hands. She took on everything we told her, from hurdles we found with our failed sale and things we didn't want to experience again. We had a WhatsApp group between ourselves, Danielle, Matt (the owner) and a couple of other office people. This is genuinely genius! We did not have the easiest sale process due to difficult solicitors, but Danielle kept us calm and updated throughout. She made sure we knew, at every step of the way, what was happening and what we could do to help. 10/10. 100% would recommend. You guys kept our chain alive and we are now living in our long-term home.

We have just completed our sale and purchase and it’s only right to give credit to the brilliant Danielle Kelly. We met up mid September and our house went live on right move to be sold by the 1st October. We had 10 viewings booked in the first 48 hrs and 3 offers over asking within a week.
Danielle hastened everyone in the chain, organised the completion date and communicated with all parts of the chain to arrange this. She also remained very positive and realistic when things felt very stressful!
Start to finish in 4 months…which in the current climate (with our onward sale falling through and having to find a new one) is pretty impressive! I would definitely recommend Danielle ??

Having not moved for many years we initially approached our local estate agent to receive quotes. All were OK, however met Danielle and the ROK Marsh team when viewing a potential property. Danielle offered to look at the property we were selling and quote for managing the sale on our behalf. Her approach was fresh and it was encouraging to see how the company approached their marketing and contact with clients. The rate offered for the sale of our property was extremely competitive. Once signed up, the house was photographed and marketed very quickly. The company ROK Marsh used to create the advert were superb and presented some fantastic images for marketing. The property went live on a Monday evening, we had three viewings booked the following day and received an a close to asking price offer the same evening. Post the sale Danielle was extremely proactive and drove all elements of the sale and kept everyone in the loop with their online App and via a WhatsApp group.
We would highly recommend Danielle and the team and ROK Marsh and they will be our first point of contact with any future moves!

We have recently moved into one of ROK Marsh's managed letting properties. The process from start to finish has been professional, quick and easy - the latter two points being even more impressive as it all took place over the Christmas period!
Danielle Kelley has been wonderful, reaching out at all key times and communicating exactly what is taking place - be it from initial viewing to right to rent checks.
ROK Marsh, though relatively new to the industry, seems to have the correct formula of "best practice" really with their clients in mind (both landlords AND tennants). They pleasantly surprised us by being so tech-forward, from their communication style and the right to rent checks. They have made a usually stressful time a lot simpler and easy to manage. Would definitely recommend!

We recently let a couple of properties out with ROK Marsh and our letting agent was Danielle Kelly. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. We have felt totally supported in her hands and we are very pleased with her service. She was very organized and was always approachable even outside business hours. She held an open day over the weekend and the attendance was amazing.
She helped us to scale the list of applicants to a manageable figure and also helped us to have happy tenants in our property in a smoother way.

Shocked to see the owner of this business is still in business!! Although he has changed his surname since our last unfortunate encounter. Previously working under the name of Curley, my Hubby and I were well and truly stitched up by this individual. Unbelievable to see he's still giving mortgage advice and selling houses especially when the hypocrite doesn't even own his own home.
A crock and a fraudster hiding behind a smarmy smile. We trusted him and have been paying the price for years. So be careful, be very very careful.

We had a terrible experience with one agency who collected our reservation fee, gave us false hopes, but later on declined us and forfeited the amount we paid them.
The experience with Rok Marsh might not be what we hoped for (as we didn't get the property) but it was dealt with professionally and ethically.
