If I could give zero stars, I would. The management did not deliver on anything they promised when they took on my property. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.

Absolute criminals! Fraudsters! Do not even think of going close to these people let alone paying them a dime. I agreed a tenancy for an apartment with these people only for them to give me keys to a different apartment on moving in day. This apartment was in a disgusting and appalling condition to put it mildly- exposed gas pipes, mould all over the inside of the tiny fridge in the apartment, damp on the walls, to mention a few. The paintwork looked like it was done by a 5 year old. I returned the keys and have been asking them to give the keys to the apartment that was agreed, but till date (4 weeks later) they are yet to either give me the keys or refund me. You can see from the reviews of similar terrible experiences that this is not a one off. These guys are criminals. I have reported this matter to the police, the property redress scheme and the council, and will encourage any person with similar issues to do the same. We can’t allow these criminals to keep operating
