We recently sold our property through Rowe & Co …honestly? Best decision we made! Having been on the market earlier in the year (2025) with another better know chain of estate agency, we felt so deflated and stressed by the situation we decided to come off the market! Rowe & Co valued our property on 30th of July and we had received 5 offers by 13th August - exactly 2 weeks! Honestly our mind was blown, what an incredible experience compared to previously. It doesn’t just come down to offers though, James was so personable and approachable from the first meeting, I signed up there and then. He is knowledgeable and was supportive during the whole process.
Rob carried out the viewings on our property and what a breath of fresh air that was! He is the only agent who turned up early before the first viewing and actually physically walked into the garden (not just pointing from the patio doors) to see its full size and potential for interested buyers. It is obvious he has a wealth of knowledge and is great at his job. With the luxury of 5 offers, we were lucky enough to be guided by Chris who dealt promptly and efficiently with the negotiations. We also had a viewing with Harry who was welcoming and polite. Audrey dealt with the progression side of things and was lovely to deal with, personable and friendly from the outset. Regular updates and communication was great throughout the journey to exchange and completion. I know our buyers also spoke highly of the Rowe & Co team when we met them. As first time sellers, we wanted to get it right - get a good price for our property, have an experience that was as stress-free as possible, and a bit of hand-holding throughout the process. Rowe & Co delivered on every front. This estate agent is putting the humanity back into the house selling/buying process, with sleek marketing and photography, and phenomenal customer service.
Having had valuations from the other two well-known Chandler's Ford local agents (one of which we used for our previous purchase, and whose arrogance took for granted that we would use them again this time), Rowe & Co had the most personable approach as well as a valuation that was ambitious yet realistic. We weren't pestered by them before deciding to proceed, but their enthusiasm equally indicated that they would do the best they possibly could for our house. We were hesitant to use a comparatively "new" estate agent - but so glad we did. Our property sold for asking price within 48 hours to an excellent, motivated buyer. Thank you James for encouraging us to be just the right amount of bold with the pricing.
But it was the process after we had agreed our sale where Rowe & Co truly shone, thanks to Audrey. She gave weekly progress updates without us having to chase up, and even stepped in to liaise with other agents/solicitors in the chain when we were struggling with aspects of our onward purchase - all of her own accord. Her advice at every turn was invaluable, always rooted in common sense and goodwill. Even more than the sale price, we are so, so grateful for her experience in those excruciating weeks until exchange. We could not praise her more highly - truly the antidote to all the bad press that estate agents generally receive as an industry, and the most professional, good-humoured individual we've ever had the pleasure to work with.
We don't usually (ever) write reviews, but wanted to wholeheartedly recommend Rowe & Co - don't think twice about using them. Professional, experienced, proactive and worth their weight in estate agency gold.

Rowe & Co were the estate agents from our onward chain, so we weren’t even paying them, but I wish we had been. They were much better than our own estate agent that was dealing with our property. Audrey regularly kept us updated with the state of all parties in the chain which was otherwise quite hard to keep track of. Nobody else involved seemed to be on top of it all so I ended up relying on her for updates even though I should probably been bothering my own estate agent.
If we’re ever need to sell our place (hopefully no time soon!) we’ll definitely call here first.

What a Great Experience!
Just purchased a property with Rowe & Co, mainly dealt with James & Audrey and i couldn't ask for anymore, the Help, Advice & Communication were perfect. Not only were they quick to answer the phone and reply to emails they were also only too happy for me to drop in to the office and have a quick conversation. Audrey was on the ball with regular communication for the progression of the chain and always kept me in the loop. From the first viewing James was friendly and honest and went above and beyond during the negotiation phase of the purchase. The whole process was topped off with the collection of the keys, a nice little thank you present and some photos to mark the occasion. I had a very smooth sale with the help of both Audrey and James. James got the ball rolling and he takes really professional looking photographs. After this it was over to Audrey. Audrey has a warm and appealing personality and a person focused attitude to all communications. Audrey was very quick to reply to all emails and worked very hard to keep things moving smoothly between myself and the buyers. Audrey did more than I expected at times. We bought our new home through Rowe & Co and we're impressed from the first viewing. The agent was there when we arrived. The property looked like the photos which is highly unusual. No hard sell, answered questions or found out answers quickly for us. Very real presentation not trying to sugarcoat things. Throughout the buying process, Audrey was amazing. Helping us to push our solicitors and informing us of situation changes before our solicitor did. All this and we weren't even their actual clients as that was the seller. Audrey was so helpful, fast, professional, informative and friendly. We hardly had to wait 10 minutes for a reply to a question. Often it was immediate. I can't recommend them enough!

Audrey was absolutely amazing throughout the process, considering we were not the ones paying for her services! She chased the solicitors on our request, and knew about half an hour before we did about the completion. Lovely lady, and her colleagues were equally helpful and pleasure to deal with. This is the only estate agent I've met with common sense and down to earth attitude. I can't recommend them enough! xx

I had a very frustrating experience with Rowe & Co. James, in particular, was extremely arrogant and direct. He constantly interrupted me and didn't allow me to finish my sentences, which made it very difficult to communicate. As a buyer, I felt completely ignored and unsupported, especially since our situation was urgent due to our move from a different city.
The only person who showed any effort to assist us was Audrey, and her professionalism is the only reason I’m not giving the company a 0-star rating. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would recommend avoiding Rowe & Co at all costs. I hope we never have to deal with them again.

Compared to other estate agents I have dealt with they are worlds apart. Always pick the phone up, always respond to your emails and Audrey in the office is fantastic! I would highly recommend using James and the team at Rowe & Co for their services. From the first appointment James was refreshingly honest and transparent. Any query we had was satisfied and every decision was done with our wishes at the core. We were not pressured or rushed into listing our house but once we did they worked quickly and diligently, producing a very professional video and additional marketing that highlighted the very best features of the house.
