Imogen showed us around the property, applied no sales pressure, gave us time to look around and ask questions. Next day we put in offer which the seller accepted. From then on Imogen updated us on a regular basis as to how everything was progressing. After the purchase completed we obtained the keys, we had some further questions we had not previously thought to ask, Imogen was most helpful and even willing to revisit the property with us. Past experience has taught us that help is not always forthcoming once a sale has completed, this was definitely not the case dealing through RPS with the help of Imogen, it was a 5star experience.

From the moment Danielle came and valued our house I have nothing even remotely bad to say about our experience with RPS. They were communicative from the outset, keeping us informed with what was happening in the chain. When we (frequently) popped into the office they were always very professional, friendly and helpful.

The best word to be used to describe our experience at RPS is SUPERB! Danielle Clarke and her team agreed to handle the task of selling our apartment in Lee-on-the-Solent. In no time at all Danielle inspected the apartment and produced the advertising material. Within a few days RPS informed us that a serious potential buyer has offered the full amount of the asking price.

I used previous reviews to select a short list of agents to help me sell my Mum's bungalow in Stubbington. The RPS team responded professionally and quickly and their energy and commitment played a vital role in selecting them as our preferred agents over others who might have had more experience in dealing with this type of property. We had a number of agreed sales that failed and yet we were never waiting long before the next offer was forthcoming. The property was obviously in need of improvement and I was pleased with RPS's integrity in not trying to paint anything other than a realistic image for potential buyers. I live some distance away and the RPS team have done a great job at keeping me informed and managing access to the property on my behalf. I have also been impressed at how well different members of the team support each other in seemingly knowing what is going on when the lead contact is out of the office.

Awful service received by all members of staff and management.
While in rented accommodation, we noticed black mold appearing within 3 rooms. When reporting this to RPS, we were immediately blamed and informed we must keep all windows open 24/7 (this was reported during the winter months).
As we had two infant children, this was obviously a ridiculous request and therefore I informed them of this.
Luckily for us, the law then changed in March of that year, where I then went back again showing how bad it was and that it was now damaging our property.
Surprisingly again, they stated this was our fault and nothing to do with the landlords and lack of ventilation that was in the property.
When I mentioned I will take the matter further through legal proceedings, then finally contacted the landlord who eventually sent an inspector around, who confirmed that the ventilation within the property was not suitable & the one fan that was in the property (above the shower) was almost completed blocked.
This company treat you appallingly and will happily push the blame onto you, rather than doing any extra work to ‘manage’ a property.
They clearly just want your money (hence why they’re one of the most costly estate agents around), and as soon as they have it, they either want to sell you something else or be done with you.
AVOID!!!
Update…
With the pathetic excuse of a response below (most likely Mark Rowe, who successfully ignored my email to him on 11th March 2020), I would like to address the additional displeasure I received when GDPR terms were breached by sharing my personal information with a 3rd party without prior consent (all emails saved and happy to share if others require further evidence towards my 1 star review).
Reviews can be left whenever and however Mark, therefore I would not attempt to be so petty with your replies!

This was the second time we used RPS to sell a property. The first occasion, some three years ago, was memorable in its efficiency and the helpfulness of the RPS staff. We sold another property through them in May this year. Their record keeping is exemplary, and they were able to give us up-to-the-minute details of the situation within our sell/buy chain. Mark Rowe runs a very tight ship, and his staff (Briony, Danielle and Mark) operate as a highly efficient team. Buying and selling property is supposed to be among the most stressful of life's experiences; RPS make it really quite enjoyable....

I am possibly in a unique position to have bought, sold and rented via RPS and can honestly say there are no better Estate Agents in the Lee, Gosport, Fareham, Titchfield and Park Gate area (that is as far as I venture). I know what it is like to walk in to an estate agents and feel like you are interupting their day, but not at RPS - You will always feel welcome in their office on Lee High Street; just walk in and talk to anyone; they all know their stuff.

Worst agency ever. Rents you a bad house and then wants you to refurbish it for free or your deposit money. Be careful never had any issues with any other agent but there's one amd it's RPS

Having considered internet based and other local agencies we asked RPS to value our house based on a friend’s recommendation. We were instantly impressed with Bryony and commissioned her the following day. Within 24 hours we had our first viewing and numerous others followed within a short space of time. Whilst we could have saved money with an internet based option we were paying for a more personal service and importantly, their extensive customer base of people looking for similar properties. Once we’d accepted an offer (which had been robustly negotiated on our behalf) I was impressed with the level of assistance throughout the entire sale and purchase process and couldn’t fault the frequency and detail of their communications. In sum, I have no hesitation in recommending their services; they were excellent.

After checking out several online and other Estate agents in lee on the Solent. I decided to engage the selling of my property on cherque farm estate with RPS.
The reason for the initial response was the personal service that they gave with a nothing is too much hassle attitude.
Selling my house with RPS was the best decision I made. The whole team were great. Keeping me informed at every turn with weekly updates even chasing the other estate agents I was buying from for information for me.
They were definitely not the cheapest but in my opinion they are the best. You get what you pay for. They have a winning team and I hope that stays.
I would recommend RPS to anyone selling in their area.

We have had quite a lot of experience of Estate Agents, having moved several times with work commitments in the past. This is the first time we have been impressed.
Mark was our main contact but we also had great assistance from Bryony and Jason in Marks absence. All three were efficient dealing with every situation in a positive manner achieving a good outcome each time. Bryony and the guys were very helpful with our sale and purchase. There were a series of delays/issues and RPS stayed calm and helpful throughout. They were particularly helpful in co-ordinating solicitors for completion (they didn't look like they'd manage it themselves!). I don't think we'll move again but if we do I'll certainly go back to RPS.

To then targeting houses that were not even on the market for sale and getting a bespoke viewing for us, so we could make a offer and get the property we wanted .
