Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a rural property to sell with land/ equestrian facilities. Helped and advised us- as we had not sold a property for many, many years.

What a shambles i would not use Rural Scene ever again, in two years they never once organised or came to do a viewing this was sorted by my mum or sister. Lack of communication from them they never spoke to use while the house was up for sale unless we rung to try get advise.
On the moving week and day again no communication from them, if it wasn't for the people we was buying the other house off estate agents been so helpful my mum would have not known what to do.
they had a cheek to charge 10000 pounds for a very poor poor service avoid using them they will not promote your property to sell, we actually found the buyer through friends.

We did all the leg work. Long contract very few viewings. Lack of communication no updates unless we chased them. Seemed to just give up trying to market our property within weeks. Total waste of time. Avoid

I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

Even though we never completed our house purchase with Rural Scene (because the seller of the property refused to leave) I do highly recommend them.
Richard was very helpful trying to help with the communication with the seller and try to find a solution to this chaotic situation, they were very informative, friendly and communicative, unfortunately there was nothing else they could do on our case. But we appreciate all the effort they put into it.

Rural scene didn't communicate with us well and marketed our property in an inappropriate area, so we had low numbers of viewers. We were with RS for apx 6 months and didn't get one offer, plus we had to do all the viewings. Thankfully we had a no sale no fee arrangement.

[we were buyers]: Excellent advice and service from Sarah at Ruralscene, who answered all my questions, obtained land plans, and managed to set up a complex viewing schedule.
Unfortunately, we had an offer accepted before the viewings took place- so in the event we did not end up viewing, or purchasing through ruralscene - but I would like to say that Sarah at ruralscene is among the most prompt and professional estate agents we have ever interacted with. Five stars.
