I had an extremely disappointing experience with this letting agency. I booked a property viewing through them and took a day off work specifically for it. The appointment was confirmed, and everything was set — or so I thought. Only on the morning of the scheduled viewing did they inform me that someone had submitted an offer the day before and that they had decided to proceed with that applicant. No prior notice. No courtesy update. Just a last-minute cancellation, completely wasting my time and ruining a day I had taken off for this sole purpose. What’s worse, they refused to allow the viewing to go ahead even as a backup in case the current applicant’s referencing falls through — which, as anyone renting in the UK knows, is not uncommon. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a total disregard for people’s time and effort. A simple notification yesterday would have avoided this, but instead, they left it until the very last moment to communicate, with zero accountability. Letting agents like this make an already difficult housing market even more frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a respectful or reliable service.... Read more

I have been tenant with Samuel Miles for the last three years. My property manager is Stella and from the moment I viewed my property she has been incredible. I have always been made to feel like i am part of the Samual Miles family, and I have always been aware and reassured that Stella is just one call away if i need her. I can not recommend herself and the team enough. I can assure you, you are truly looked after, and they genuinally really care. The whole process from viewing my property, to moving in was completely effortless, and i now have a house that I can truly call my home. To anyone who is looking to use Samuel miles estate agents DON'T! me and my partner went a view a property and passed all the checks and let two other properties go as we loved there property so much! And they asked when we even wanted to move in etc and started moving forward with removal companies and other stuff then a hour later they told us they sold it. (VERY STRANGE,)! So after looking on line for more houses I saw it still available so I rang on a withheld number and asked if it was still available the owner of the estate agent said YES! so that's when I told him who I was and he got really childish and raised his voice saying we didn't sell it accusing us of lying! and really childish and unprofessional There just after money and don't care about customers at all stay well clear!...
