Savills is a Big Name out there in a market overcrowded with lots of small fish. Their Big Name is fully justified! Savills have a level of professionalism and quality way above their local competitors. They do what they say and what they promise (unusual with estate agents), they are great communicators and know how to manage the complex nuances and whims of people trying to buy houses.
