They weren't pushy when we were deciding which estate agent to go with which immediately put us at our ease. Once appointed they were very professional with one point of contact so nothing got confused with communications. This has to be the single worst agent that I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Their communication has been infrequent at best and poor, I have repeatedly been told I don’t understand what is going despite working in the profession, they have been unhelpful and rude. I would not use them at all and they are a significant waste of money.
