We would not hesitate in recommending Sensis Property Management. They have looked after two of our properties for the last ten years. Throughout that time we have found they performed far above and beyond their contracted duties. Sensis are now handling the sale of one of our executive properties and have again exceeded our expectations. Ollie has handled everything regarding the sale, including all viewings including out of hours evening and weekend visits. Often in his own time always very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. All staff at Sensis are to be trusted. In fact over the period of ten years, nothing has ever been too much trouble for them to handle. Sensis Property Management Sensis Property Management Sensis were and are a Very friendly and professional company from start to finish. One of the reasons we chose this firm is because they were the only one to talk honestly and not belittle or talk down their competitors in order to gain customers (unlike two other firms in the town), Ollie was our first contact with the firm and remained courteous and informative from the outset to completion. The viewings team were excellent, respecting our property at all times and giving feedback. We also bought our new property through Sensis which made this very easy for us, Nigel from the viewings team was very patient with us as we looked at properties and any questions we had that couldn’t be answered at the time of the viewing would be answered as soon as he was able to contact the vendors. All my properties are managed by Sensis they a great team! After experiencing issues with our previous managing company we engaged Sensis Property Management and we couldn't have chosen better. The staff are professional and friendly. They always get back to you if you have a problem or a query and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. We recently had a Sensis agent visit us it was so nice to actually meet someone face to face. Their costs are reasonable and any works undertaken are completed to a high standard. Worst letting agents going. Trying to withhold my deposit. To leaving me and two children with no water/heating or even a cooker from Thursday-Monday. Only once council got involved did anything get sorted. Back sliding door never secure. Boiler leaking water from the underneath. When I viewed the property with Ollie (letting agent) there was a condom in the toilet!!! House wasn’t cleaned before my move in date. Was left to decorate and refurb the house myself. Carpets had stains from previous tenant I am dealing with my deposit through the scheme who have put a hold on the deposit and dealing with a solicitor also dealing with this. The council are still dealing with the house due to unsafe electrics which is why the house still hasn’t been rented out I have photographs to back everything up ???????????... Read more
