It's the best thing to avoid these guys if you want peace of mind. They have advertised a 2 BHK property in Cathcart to which I made an offer and the seller has accepted. There are concerns with seller's fake promises while viewing and there was a bit back and forth going on to sort them out. These people were checking with me time to time about where the processing is. I have got my mortgage ready after 2 weeks of my offer. The seller has finally pulled out of the sale after almost 3 months (as he kept of postponing the date of entry sayhing he didn't find a place to move to) saying there is a lot of back and forth going on (there will be questions need to be clarified as I'm buying a property, not a kilogram of tomatoes at supermarket). I have reached out to the seller's solicitor only 4 times. The seller is a old guy and takes almost a week to respond to a question asked as my solicitor sends an email to seller's solicitor and the seller's solictor writes a letter to the seller and the seller responds back to his solicitor through a letter and the seller's solicitor sends an email to my solicitor, OH, MY PROCESS!!!!!! And these guys without even informing me about the seller pulled out of the sale put the property on the market again. When I reached out to them they said to me there was a lot of back and forth going on and the seller is expecting an higher offer. Wow, really!! The least they could do is infoming me that the seller has decided to pull out of the sale before remarketing. I got really frustrated with these people, not sure from which planet they are from as I literally wasted 3 months of my valuable life dealing with such unethical, money-minded people. I wasted a lot of money in getting my mortgage sorted and time with these useless people.... Read more
