Been renting through Signature for over a year now and it’s been a really smooth experience. I viewed the flat and signed the lease just a couple of days later, and everything since has been great. Any issues I’ve had (only one or two!) were sorted quickly, with no extra cost to me. The team’s always been helpful and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in Bedford!

I can’t recommend signature Sales & Lettings enough! The team is absolutely wonderful, and they genuinely care about their tenants. Courtney, in particular, is amazing at her job—she’s always so responsive and efficient. Anytime we’ve had an issue with the flat, she’s straight on it, ensuring everything gets sorted as quickly as possible. It’s such a relief to rent from a letting agency that actually listens and takes action. If you’re looking for a professional yet friendly service, this is the place to go!

I would like to thank Myah for taking such good care of me through the process of moving home.
She completely took on board that we needed to move fast as we were escaping a mold situation. Myah made the whole process run stress free and smoothly for me and my daughter and from the first viewing the move in date was under two weeks!!!
We even got a moving in gift box when I collected the keys.
Any time I have needed any info, she is very prompt in sending it across to me.

It was an in and out job! Josh was fantastic at assisting me in finding the right property to rent, at the right price, in the right area! And he managed to do it all in a single day! Honestly, if all the agents I approached where as attentive to detail as Josh was, I would never have gotten to him! I had interacted with seven different agents before coming across Josh. They were all very good at telling me what was not possible and what could not be done, but Josh took the complete opposite approach. He was all about what was possible and what could be done. Even down to the business of authentication and verifying me being who I said I was was made simple. He knows his properties and, most importantly, knows the landlords who he works with well, because he did what has taken others weeks, and even then they could not get a deal over the line. After working with Josh, I can honestly say I don't know what all the fuss was about with my previous agents. This guy is mustard! Thank you so much, Sir!

As a landlord of 25 years I decided to change letting agents after carrying out an extensive refurbishment of my rental property. Signature Lettings came highly recommended so I arranged to meet them at the property. Josh and Courtney came across as the consummate professionals and answered all my questions and set my mind at ease, they made me feel that my property would be in safe hands.
That evening the property was advertised and by the following day there were eight interested parties. Two days later a tenant was chosen and a week later the tenancy agreement was signed by all parties and a start date agreed. Excellent service so far.

I did a lot of research on various letting companies before choosing Signature, and I definitely made the right choice.
Trying to organise from the other side of the world is incredibly difficult but Josh made the whole process easy.
Communication was excellent with frequent updates and fast answers to any question.

After my initial contact with Courtney, she arranged to come out and meet me to undertake a valuation at the property.
