Having recently bought a house through Simon Colligan I would recommend them to anyone - all of the agents were super friendly and bend over backwards to help you (even with last minute visits to the property). Communication with these guys is so easy and they were hugely helpful both during and after the conveyancing process in communicating with the seller, and with our solicitor to find out for us where we were in the conveyancing process. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolute disgrace. Consistently lied to a 8 months pregnant woman in the attempt to sell a damp, subsiding property (deceptively covered up down to a fake internal wall). Lied as to why 2 previous buyers had pulled out. Thankfully a surveyor was enlisted who highlighted a plethora of issues. Huge waste of time and money.... Read more

Having used Simon Colligan previously, both buying and selling property, when placing our mother's house on the market in early August of this year, we immediately chose Simon Colligan. The whole procedure of the sale took less than 3 months, and within a day of the house being advertised (a first class brochure being produced by Simon Colligan together with online details), we had 6 viewings with several offers, one of which was for the full asking price with no chain.
