Damage caused by an employee earlier in the year still not rectified. Wasnt even our house being sold. Being ignored by the company via email and phonecalls, after they admitted it and had busineses out to quote for a repair. Completely unacceptable way to deal with an issue. Avoid.

We got in touch with Alison when we decided to sell our home, and having worked with her and the team before, we knew we were in safe hands. Alison came out to chat through our plans and quickly arranged for professional photos to be taken. Maddie, the photographer, was absolutely brilliant, she made the whole experience feel relaxed and gave great advice on how to present our home. The photos were stunning and so creative that we’ve kept them as keepsakes of our first home together.
From there, everything moved smoothly. We received text updates confirming viewings, all of which were handled by the agency. The team kept us informed with feedback and any notes of interest, and within a month, we received an offer. Coincidentally, the property we purchased was also listed with Simple Approach, which made the entire process even easier.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use the Simple Approach team again. They’re helpful, creative, and true to their name, simple and stress free!

We were able to move home from England as a direct result of the care and attention provided by Alison and Rannoch who introduced us to Auld House Wynd in Perth Scotland.
The first mystery resolved was identification of an unexpected anomaly in our choice of Scottish Solicitor. Alison from the Simple Approach Estate Agency exceeded our expectations here.
The second mystery involved the identification and chivvying of players who were supposed to be dealing with the small chain connected with our sale. In England! Again it was Alison who tracked down the delaying individuals and tweaked appropriately.
Finally it was Alison who kept the faith in us as our selling arrangements wobbled with a chain member dropping out, and held her nerve for too many months.
We love our new home and are most grateful to the delightful Sellers who waited longer than was reasonable, and of course to Alison and the Simple Approach team.

We wouldn’t use anyone other than Simple Approach now. Having used them twice to sell properties I strongly believe there is no one else in Perth offering the same service that they do. Both properties have been marketed quickly, sold quickly and achieved well above home report value. All viewings were attended, their opening hours are really good allowing for late/weekend viewings which many estate agents/solicitors in Perth don’t offer. Alison is extremely knowledgable about the Perth property market and will do her very best to achieve you a good price with the best service, Thea in the office was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We have had poor experiences when viewing other properties with other agents and it really does highlight the service that they offer. Thanks Simple Approach

Cannot recommend Simple Approach highly enough. I used them to sell a flat and to find a tenant for my rental property. The service was exceptional, especially the rental team. I had been using another agent for rental but getting nowhere. Switching to Simple Approach was like chalk and cheese between services offered, in particular, ease of contact out of normal office hours and platforms used to advertise. After months with the other agent, the S.A team found me the perfect tenants within a couple of weeks. Delighted!

Simple Approach Estates in Perth, Scotland, is an exceptional rental tenancies agent, worthy of ten stars. Five years ago they found the perfect accommodation and property for my needs, astutely matched by the owner of Simple Approach Estates. As I was coming from afar, I greatly appreciated this attention of their finding out exactly what I was looking for. Since that very first contact I have received only exceptionally high quality immediate service and communication, I have never known in my previous rented experiences. Also to be noted is the quality standard of the accommodation itself, provided by a landlord who clearly cares not just for their property but also for their tenant. The very fair rent was not increased even though it could easily have been during my five year stay. Simple Approach not only offers exceptional value for money, they also give a friendliness and support that contributes greatly to wellbeing and for this I am personally very grateful. We had previously went else where and it was an extremely slow process! I then went to see Alison and within the first wk my flat was on the market and again within 2 wks it was sold!!!!!! simple, quick, efficient and always a very positive stress free atmosphere within the whole team! Always at the end of the phone/email day or night. Selling and buying is a very stressful thing to go through, especially with the economy now, but the team always settled my worries. I have used Simple Approach twice in the last year, for completely different property sales in very different circumstances. Alison and her team are so professional and make the whole process very easy. There is always someone available on the phone and emails are answered very quickly. They really know the market extremely well and give realistic information and guidance. On both occasions, the properties they were selling for me were sold over home report value within one week.
There are no hidden costs with Simple Approach, everything is included - the excellent photographer and video services, marketing and accompanied viewings when you need them. I found them to be excellent value.
If I require an estate agent again in the future, I would look no further than Simple Approach

I have nothing but praise for Bernie O'Connor at Simple Approach. Whenever I got in touch, usually by text or leaving a phone message, she got back to me almost immediately and would arrange something as soon as she could. Just the fact that she got back to me straight away was very reassuring, even if she couldn't get a plumber or whatever to do the job at once, it would always be arranged asap.
She is friendly, approachable and very reasonable, I cannot recommend her highly enough, and the fact that I have rented the flat for 20yrs shows how satisfied I was!!

Simple Approach we're a fantastic company from start to finish. The first visit we were given a rough valuation (which turned out to be spot-on), and a breakdown of the costs (which was also the exact price we paid at the end, no hidden surprises!) and then no pressure, we were left to make up our mind if that suited.
It did, so we started the ball rolling and they recommended a solicitor to take care of conveyancing, also very reasonable, and got a photographer / videographer in to showcase our house at a time that suited us.
Simple Approach seem to prefer to do all the viewings themselves, so working from home I had to make a couple of trips to the local coffee shop, but the communication was always excellent - times of viewings, cancellations, and confirmation of viewing complete with a summary.
Whole team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful - and most of all genuine and honest in their advice.
To be honest, only regret was that the house I bought wasn't also sold through them, as purchasers get a little welcome present from them too!

I can highly recommend Simple Approach - I have completed a sale through them and can say they worked well for both buyer and seller. They definitely work hard, communicate well, and are motivated to sell properties during the viewings.

We honestly can't shout about Simple Approach loud enough. They made a stressful time alot easier. Everyone in the team are so lovely and gave me the best customer service I have ever received. We were kept up-to-date with everything and the teams knowledge and experience really shone through! Actually a bit gutted our experience is now all over. Highly, highly recommend!

By checking their websites for ease of use, social media pages and local advertising (notice boards, roundabouts, taxis) for marketing and their "about us" staff profiles, Simple Approach stood out as the best, professional, organised and switched on to promoting property in the right places. They managed my entire sale, every viewing, removing all of the stress, I couldn't have asked for more.

I will never use another estate agents ever again! What a fantastic service we received for my dad who moved at the beginning of the year.
