Simple Estate Agents was the brain child of Gurpreet Mahal,who felt that the Property market was made complicated by all those in the local market. They felt vendors, landlord, buyers and tenants were not being explained every step of the way and given them the professional experience they require. Therefore they founded the company in August 2007 and since then have grown from strength to strength.
Simple Estate Agents is the independent Agent with the knowledge of the corporate company to give our clients a professional personal service.
Not content to stand still, we continually analyse trends in the property market and pride ourselves in the innovation and use of the latest technology in our management and sales offices.

I chose Simple Estate Agents to sell my property (Halsway, Hayes) and had an exceptional experience. From finding buyers/offers to managing the sales process Prablin and Harkiran were great.
This sale should have been straightforward, but it turned into almost a year-long process due to a previous buyer choosing to mess us around at the last minute. Through all of it, Prablin and Harkiran continued to support and the communication was constant and supportive. Even when i got frustrated with delays (not from Simple's side) both Prablin and Harkiran were patient and did their best always to get updates and chase
They stepped in wherever things were stuck and did everything possible to push the deal forward.
A special thanks from me to them both. It was quite a journey but they were amazing throughout.

Would not recommend simple estate agency to anyone!!
We had fully finalised a property through this agency and agreed to proceed with the purchase. On the basis of their confirmation, we instructed a mortgage advisor and began the mortgage process, incurring both time and costs.
Two months after the agreement was made, we were suddenly informed that the vendor had sold the property elsewhere. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, basic due diligence, and communication. At no point were we informed that the property was still being marketed, under offer elsewhere, or at risk of being sold to another party.
The agency showed zero proactivity throughout the process. There were long periods of silence, no updates, and no attempt to manage expectations or protect buyers who were clearly acting in good faith. Allowing buyers to proceed with mortgage arrangements while failing to secure or monitor the status of the property is unacceptable.
This was an absolute waste of time and caused unnecessary stress and financial impact. An estate agency’s role is to facilitate communication and ensure transparency this agency failed on both counts. I would not trust them at all and would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with them.

Prablin and Harkiran at the letting / brokerage agency were extremely helpful . Since we were first time buyers , we had a lot of doubts / questions , we fortunately received a lot of guidance from the agent . They were proactive and provided a lot of support and advice . I would suggest any one who is a first time buyer to approach this agency as you would extremely be satisfied with the service provided . Thank you guys for making this a smooth process for us. I used the estate agents this year to sell my flat in hayes. The flat was on the market in April and we sold in December for close to asking price. Really happy with the sales team and sales progression. They kept me informed throughout. Easy to contact & if a member of staff was not around the owner was able to step in quickly. I would recommend using them again.

If there’s one reason I would ever recommend Simple Estate Agents, it’s because of Harkiran and Prablin. They were the driving force that kept our property sale alive, truly the backbone of the whole process.
This sale should have been straightforward, but it turned into almost a year-long marathon filled with delays, setbacks, and confusion at every turn. Worst agency ever. I do not recommend taking house from there! Very disrespectful people. Wrongly accuse people. Creating stories! Trough our time in the house, it does not help us even 1 time. We had a fantastic experience with Gulpreet Mahal (founder) and Parvinder Shergill of Simple Estate who let out non-mainstream BTL property. We only recently completed and so time was of the essence to ensure there was no void period. Simple Estates guided us and provided professional advice after carefully listening to our needs and concerns.
Within 2 weeks they successfully let out the property, beating 2 other high street agents. We were shocked as we wrongly assumed the high street agents would have had more luck. Despite being a small independent, their understanding of the local market and in particular niche properties (Gurpreet Mahal’s specialism) helped us find literally god-sent, perfect tenants in no time.
Parvinder is incredibly professional and responsive, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. He was an excellent negotiator, ensuring he kept all sides in this transaction satisfied. When I had a last-minute question about payments, he found a swift solution which was fitting to our requirements and which helped ease my worries. Parvinder made himself available even during unsociable non-business hours and did not mind attending to our queries whilst juggling childcare at home . I highly recommend Simple Estates to anyone looking for a reliable letting agent! Thank you so much!

We were tenants with Simple estates for wonderful 10 years and Gurpreet, Farzana team are "THE BEST very professional and most importantly never treated us like tenants but family" . We needed house urgently and same day Gurpreet got me into this property since then any issue or fault we reported with in 24 their maintenance team was at our door to fix issue. Have to move house only for to kids school. We wish Simple estate Gurpreet, Farzana and team very Best of Luck I am sure they will stay at the Top of their field with the service they give. We looked after their property they looked after us and refunded full deposit with in week if moving out.

Deciding to sell our house with the Simple Estates team was the best choice that I made.
Right from the beginning, Gurpreet explained and professionally clarified the process. He was reassuring and true to his words, and the house was swiftly put on the market, with correct details.
Viewing of the house commenced and within a week, we had an offer on the house and that person went ahead to buy the property. This showed how Simple Estates were true to their word that they vet and qualify potential buyers.
Despite a couple of small technical glitches which took a bit longer to clear, any issues were resolved in a timely manner.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Harprit, who has been tremendous with his support and excellent communication throughout with a lot of patience.

Disgrace Of A Company, Was dealing with them about a house and progressed further in talks along with my offer being accepted and my mortgage being ready however they decided to sell the house to another person after accepting my offer and even having a sit down. READ WILL SAVE YOU MONEY. I was looking for my next family home and i was very unlucky to find what we thought was a good property via this estate agency. Once we put the offer and it was accepted i was shocked by the reviews online this agemcy had and i wish i would have listened to them. Toward end of April we find this property and it was no chain and completion required asap. From 24 May my solicitors sent the standard queries and nothing came back until last week of July. Chased them multiple times and the agent was very unreachable and i had to regularly escalate to the owner of the agency and still very little progress. Once solicitors were aligned, mortgage taken and private survey booked (i.e. almost 2k GBP) we discovered the seller was on a chain. I could go on and on for hours but the simple point is this agency has bad reviews for a reason and to me personally costed me 2000 pounds but the biggest damage for me was that I lost 4 months for a property that I could have called home by now and actually had to start looking again for something new. If you find what you think is the best property but advertside with this agency..pass it on! Better of with someone more reliable. They will reply that all was outside their control but believe me that is a lie, they could have discovered all with the right pressure on the seller/s. FYI it turned up there was a trust on the property so they couldn't sell without adjusting the title on the Land Registry. Cherry on the cake.

1.3.22 I wasnt happy that the agent who answered my call was talking to me for a good 2 minutes- all at ease.
Then all of a sudden he tells me he is in the middle of something and will register my details tommorow with 2 hours left before closing time. I found that bizarre....

But money is the greatest motivater, if you are 'working professionals' you will have an easy ride, result and wham 5 stars of great service.

Our offer was accepted on the property and Gurpreet received a call from our surveyor . Gurpreet told our surveyor He would Not carry out any survey on the property as they got higher offer . We paid all the fees for the survey.they lied about it till the very last day they had higher offers . They basically cheated us . Never use them . Totally unprofessional.

Send me message with wrong house number tried to call 6 times nobody was picking up and then when I tried to reach their office by landline number women who picked up phone was almost blaming me for their mistake. Be careful , they are simply cheaters .. i have lost £900 pounds because of them... Landlord sold property a week before the rent due date and they did not tell me. As soon as i have transferred £900 they told me property is sold so i had to leave the house.. They didn't refund my money... they were saying i have to ask Landlord for refund.. Why do i have to ask landlord as If i have transferred into agency account.... Simply they are Big mouth cheaters. Non professional .... they are only good in chit chat.

Everyone be careful !!!. My house was sold at £10,000 less than what Simple valued it as. They took money on the valued price not what it was sold at. So I paid a percentage on money I didn't have !!!!!! it was in the small print to be fair be sure to asked your agent.

first valued £470000 they found the buyer and told me value comes £430000 told me mortgage already arranged i instruct my solicitor paid £1500 then at the end told me mortgage declined BUT he could arrange the cash if i reduced TWENTY THOUSAND MORE.
They waist my time and money and big headache .
