Nick Director of the estate agent; doesn’t accepted he isn’t perfect unwilling to make any amendments to property brochure, even though they got a legal obligation to describe the property accurately. When questioned over why he’s refusing to say it is porcelain tiles when its ceramic tiles He says its semantics, They are working against sellers by not listing a property accurately and fairly and are working against sellers! Below is screen shot of their response which flat out says no to any amendments. Certainly not worth £4000+vat fixed fee... Read more

I used Simpsons to sell my house in early 2023. The house was a small starter home at the lower end of price range of properties in the area, but even so I was treated very well by all the staff with regular updates throughout. The fees and terms were also competitive compared to some other agents I compared with. The team worked well with my solicitors and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others looking to sell.... Read more

My experience today exemplifies the poor reputation of estate agents. As a buyer in a strong position, I was astonished that the person at the office appeared to be entirely disinterested in my enquires, and in fact, was very dismissive. Can I come in without a mask - NO (understandable) Can I register for alerts - NO Does your website have an alert function - NO Do you have any properties within my price bracket - NO and you won’t find anything here at that price, it is Mumbles you know (btw - there are several on the market within my price bracket and I already own one property here). Utterly shocking and unforgivable. Just because the market is buoyant, does not mean that my business isn’t important or valuable.... Read more
