Would leave zero if I could. Had an awful experience with Mariam, their sales rep. No show at the viewing , then blamed their lack of service on me not getting in touch on the next working day. Then she called me and continued to lie about the service. Told me I didn't receive texts and emails that had come through but quickly changed the story once I read out the messages.
The post was completely misleading - referred to a crack den as a desirable area and when confronted on it, Mariam proceeded to tell me it is a desireable area for people living in Huddersfield, despite the fact that I had the Lockwood crime stats open in front of me and saw more than 4 houses boarded up just from the doostep alone.
Find an agent that is actually smart instead of one that has to pretend so with its name.

Staff were on their phones, barely acknowledged us, and acted dismissively. We felt rushed, pressured to pay a deposit, and ignored when asking simple questions.
Later, we visited Whitegates and were treated with respect and proper guidance the difference was clear. Would not recommend this agency based on our experience.

All the reviews are obviously by people who know the owners. Look at the names. The houses are mostly run down and some come with a sordid past ,as proven by the major incident in 2023 on Springdale Avenue. Run a mile people. This morning I received a reply from this company trying to discredit my negative but TRUTHFUL
review as it was the only one I have done here. Well ' Smart', let me tell you something , EVERYONE has to have a first review and you just happen to be mine and I stand by my opinion, all your reviews are fake, the names of your reviewers speak volumes ( I have been asking around in Paddock where i live and at least 2 are directly linked to the directors) . I will NOT be removing the truth.
