We were interested in a 3-bedroom house on Carter Road, Wolverhampton, listed at £119,000. After confirming we were happy to pay the asking price, we were told a higher offer had been received but refused details. We were pressured to increase our offer to £125,000, treated like it was an auction, and received no response when we followed up. The property was later sold with no transparency about the final price. The whole process felt very dodgy and unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency.
