Tried to enquire on a flat for 1 adult and 3 kids (all aged under 5). But was told I couldn't because it was a 2 bedroom property. Very poor customer service, person on the phone didn't bother to suggest another suitable flat. Also said that a 5 and 3 year old are not allowed to share a room?? So confused as I was simply told 'no' to my enquiry.

Following the death of our mother in 2024 my sister and I were appointed executors of her Will. We needed to sell her home as quickly as possible in order to sort out Probate.
We contacted Space Residential to sort out the sale having received a recommendation.
My sister and I have been really impressed with their service. Dan came over to view the property and provided us with a really comprehensive breakdown of expected sales prices which was accepted by the HMRC.
Dan and his team at Space Residential were really supportive throughout the process of listing our mum's home and then showing potential customers around it.
His effective use of online marketing was really effective and it sold after two months.
We were especially pleased as Dan's negotiations with the potential customers caused them to raise their offer to accomodate a subsequent negotiated reduction.

I have bee using SPACE for over 10 year for my letting property. They have always advised me on new legislation's and even found tradesmen to help me with some odd jobs. I do not need to set a reminder in my diary for renewal as I know they will always remind me closer to the time.

Space Residential have been amazing from start to finish. We have been working in partnership for twelve years, where they acted as managing agent for my rental property. They were always there whenever I needed them, sorted out problems with the tenants without a hitch, and made everything run smoothly.
They then came to sell my property for me. Within one day of instruction they had been in person to talk to the tenants and discuss with them what needed to be done, they valued and photographed the flat, calculated at what price it should go on the market, and put it up for sale online. Daniel was amazing at negotiating with potential buyers, and we agreed a sale within a week. We then completed within the month. Quite extraordinary.
I can only recommend them extremely highly. From both a lettings and sales perspective they will only do you right. The team are well-informed, generous, friendly, efficient, and deal with your every need for any property service that you might require. Thank you Space Residential!
