Booked an appointment a week before, then called again on the morning to confirm. Then again when outside the property. Spoke to the same call handler 3 times in total and after waiting half an hour was told that the agent didn't see us and left. What a joke. Need to be more honest or sort their communication skills out as seriously lacking.... Read more

Felt uncomfortable with the whole thing. Was contacted multiple times, felt 'hounded' and asked for some work to be done and later told this was not documented hence means it was never requested. May have done a good job with others but not us.... Read more
