It was a recommendation that led me to use Sunderland’s and after working with Darren to sell my property for the last 6 months it only feels right to pass that recommendation on. From producing a great sales pack to carrying out targeted viewings, and quickly securing an offer the first stage was really well managed. Throughout the process Darren and the team have been great at responding to all queries, but also provided regular updates and acted as a clear link communicating between the two parties, enabling the conveyancing process to progress and stay on track. If Darren was unavailable the team were well briefed and could pick up in his absence, and he would always follow up things himself upon his return.
