Surya Group has managed my properties with exemplary professionalism. They are always willing to go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble for them. Any problems with the properties they sort them out quickly and the tradespeople they use are good. To date they have also vetted the tenants well, so that has been one less headache for me. Everytime I had a problem or a request, Jay was there to help . Any problem was solved in a matter of a day or even same day . I am very impressed with the service and effectiveness of Surya Group. Well informed and helpful staff made the letting experience simple. Jay I dealt with could not have been more helpful. I was contacted Jay just a day before my relocation fromBelgium to the UK. He immediately solved all problems just through phone and e-mails. Besides, to meet better my needs he managed to propose me a tenancy contract of a specific length without any additional costs in comparison with a regular contract. Everything was carried out exactly how and when he said it would be. I'd recommend this service to anyone. It's really refreshing to have someone as thoughtful and as helpful to deal with. My boyfriend rented a property and we found estate agent was rude, did not fix any issues. Property was dilapidated and he had to leave due to safety issues. Letting agent used threatening behaviour and was poor in every aspect. AVOID at all costs. I would give them a negative rating if I could.

They don't specify how much they charge for fees online. I'm fairly sure this is against the law. Instead, they just say it's a "minimum of £350"
Oh yeah - and they don't even use punctuation correctly in their fees information. So you're paying at least £350 for someone who can't understand the difference between "fees" and "fee's".
