I chose Target as their reviews are excellent and wanted a local estate agent that seemed to care. The bigger chains that I have used in the past just keep everything corporate, this results in me having to keep contacting them for feedback. Target is different, they kept me in the loop from start to finish. They even arranged a valuation at short notice on a weekend as I was going abroad. Kayleigh and Joe are fantastic. They conducted all the viewings on my behalf and offered great advice on how to speed up the sale. Seriously, dont even think about comparing their services with any other agents as in my honest opinion you wont find better. We recently sold a rental property through Target Estate Agents due to unexpected circumstances, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience.
From the moment Kayleigh stepped through the door to carry out the valuation, we knew we were in safe hands. She was warm, approachable, and genuinely enthusiastic. Her passion for her work shone through, and she explained the process so clearly that we instantly felt confident entrusting the sale to Target.
Shortly after the valuation, Joe, the owner, gave us a follow-up call offering support and guidance. His knowledge of the property market – especially in relation to rentals – was outstanding. He gave us clear, expert advice from a landlord’s perspective, which really helped us navigate the sale with confidence.
Throughout the entire process, the communication from both Kayleigh and Joe was impeccable. I was kept informed every step of the way, and they ensured that there were no delays from either side. I was heavily pregnant during the sale, and they both went above and beyond to make the process as stress-free as possible – collecting keys, conducting viewings, and handling everything with ease and professionalism.
Completion day ended up being my due date, which was far from ideal, but thanks to Kayleigh and Joe, everything was managed seamlessly. Their calm, personalised approach made all the difference.

From start to finish TPS helped us massively with our first home purchase, which made what would normally be a daunting and complex experience into a seamless and stress-free experience. They worked tirelessly and after hours which really impressed us: We asked to view the property on a Friday, offered on the Saturday, and accepted on the Sunday. Thanks to Joe and Keileigh’s quick communication this was possible. They explained everything thoroughly and towards the end of the purchase informed us how the completion day would work, when they would release keys etc, and even went out of their way to meet us at the property to hand over the keys, and took some meter readings. Target Property services have recently just advertised a house for rent, found me a tenant and finalised within a week. The whole experience was by far the easiest I have encountered within many years of letting. Customer service and landlord advice was excellent, something in which they clearly pride themselves on as a company, and rightly so. Using their contacts they helped me sort some snagging jobs in the property before the tenants moved in, making the whole process stress free. Will definitely be using them again with other properties.
