I've been really impressed by the responsiveness of Think! and in particular Becky who oversees their branches in Thorpe & Costessey. They have excellent local knowledge & the experience wasn't at all salesy. We've been kept updated throughout & they've proven easy to reach. We've both had plenty of experience selling properties so this is refreshing and reassuring. We had looked at a few larger local competitors, but with the only one that had more houses listed in the area we were concerned by that agent's financial position (& even if we weren't buyers might be) & closure of their branches – that other agent also proved difficult to get hold of.
