I have recently bought a property through Thomas & Thomas Estate Agents. The whole process was very easy due to the expertise and professionalism of the staff who were always available to sort out any queries. The period from the viewing to the completion date was quick and straightforward and I would definitely recommend them if you are considering purchasing a property in the future.
Philip Rees.

I really enjoyed working with the ladies at Thomas and Thomas. They were really warm and helpful when showing me around the property and I’m pleased that I was able to purchase through a local estate agent.
Nothing was too much and I never felt rushed through my viewings. Kyle was easy to talk to, lovely with my (very rambunctious) children. Any questions the team didn’t know the answers to, they went back to the vendor with and came back to me.
I felt that they had taken the time to get to know the previous family who had lived in the house for 60 years! Sadly, the owner of the property passed away during the sale process but I felt that they treated this with the respect and humility required.
You don’t really get a choice when it comes to the estate you purchase through, but if I did, I would choose Thomas and Thomas. Highly recommend!

From the first engagement until signing of contracts, all the staff have been very helpful. Allowing us to view property at convenient times, and keep us in the loop with results of searches etc. nothing was too much, and the courtesy of the team was reassuring.

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
