Tottally unprofessional The agent, Raj Hariharan, showed up more than 10 minutes late(she blamed the traffic ofcourse, while every other viewer including myself got there on time by car). Has absolute no knowledge about the the surrounding area of the property and the property itself but act like she knows it all, with an attitude. She showed 2 properties at once while we were only interested in one but we were forced to wait while others viewed the one that we aren't interested first. A total time waster. I had an issue with my tenancy, and a 3rd party where I've never seen such unprofessional behaviour; rude emails, no response, unanswered calls, withholding funds. It caused me so much distress for the around 10 months. I got the team at three2six involved and the situation was resolved in my favour on the same day. Definitely, an organisation I would want to work with again, as they did the right thing, went above and beyond when they didn't have to. Only wish I had reached out to them earlier. 0 professionality. I had a property viewing today at lunch time between 12.30 and 1.30 pm ( asked if there was chance to do it on Saturday but no answer received ). I had to take afternoon off from work plus had to drive there. no one showed up. it was of us viewing the property today. we all called them and they said they would have checked with agents. they made me wast money, petrol and time today. you deserve nothing, clowns.... So I arranged, to see the property on Saturday 9/3 shown in the link below, with my namesake, a lady named Raj, Looks great, right? When I got there, the property was totally different and definitely not the same as the property listed, much smaller, different layout, and no furnishings, except for a tatty black two-seater sofa the property wasn't even ready and seemed to be in the middle of being decorated. Moreover, there was an electrician there with all the electrical fittings hanging out, unbelievable! She should be ashamed of herself for wasting my time, there was no explanation or apology, she even got the council tax band details wrong, and told me it was A when in the listing it shows a B. Hi everyone, Initially i had problems that was also due to i newly shifted to UK and I didn't have much knowledge about how things work over here .Secondly there were some problems at the property as well but when i explained those to my agent i found them co-operative and helpful in resolving the issues. My time as a tenant under the management of this letting agency was nothing short of a nightmare. Their blatant disregard for tenant well-being and comfort was utterly appalling. It was clear that their only concern was lining their own pockets, with little to no regard for the basic needs of the people living in their properties. From the very beginning, their lack of professionalism was evident. Maintenance issues were left unaddressed for 6 months and beyond, leaving us in uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe living conditions. Any attempts to reach out for assistance were met with disinterest and negligence. Their poor service and lack of attention to tenant concerns created an environment that was not just unsatisfactory but borderline unacceptable. It became abundantly clear that they viewed us merely as a source of income, rather than individuals deserving of respect and consideration. I strongly advise any potential tenants to avoid this letting agency at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience of dealing with an agency that prioritises profits over the well-being of the people they are supposed to serve. There are far better options out there, and this letting agency is certainly not worth the trouble.... Read more
