This is the company I wish was managing our property because
The Property Institute have reported on Darren Stocks of Crown Property Management saying at the end of a 17 page report...
"The member is found to be in breach of the following principles,
2,3,5,10 & 16 [of the TPI Code of Conduct for Individual Members].
There is a distinct lack of professionalism that requires dealing with.
Due to the number of breaches, we feel the member must:
• Make a written apology to the complainant within 30 days of receipt of this outcome.
• Complete refresher training, in line with the following courses:
1. TC39 Reading Leases
2. TC97 Reserve Fund
3. TC121 Cash Flow is King
4. TC105 Complaints Handling
• These must all be completed within 6 months of receipt of this outcome , failure will lead to further sanctions.
• CPD must also be up to date."
Wish we had managed to move to TPM and got the service we paid for.

Apologies for not getting round to this sooner. Moving house is stressful, but made less so by TPM. Dawn was an absolute star, funny and warm during the booking and supportive during the application process. It says a lot that my partner left the viewing saying, “I just want to be her friend!” The whole process has been almost completely painless, save for an online form that was being a bit of a pain.

Really struggled to find any where as I have a dog. Spoke to dawn who managed to find somewhere and even got a quick spruce up of the place before move in date. Everything Was sorted within a few weeks tops . Also going the extra mile when I managed to lock myself out twice in the same day. Bringing the keys to get me back in and get some clothes on ????

I have been using TPM to let and manage 6 flats in Torquay since 2005. They always respond efficiently to any issues that occur and I rarely have any rent payment problems. Re-letting is almost seamless, with very few voids.

I was just moving out when Covid19 hit us! Torbay Property Management have been incredibly considerate and helpful during this transition with these exceptional circumstances.
Beyond this, Torbay Property Management has been here for me whenever I've ran into issues with my flat, including even helping me with spare keys one time I got locked out at 10pm!
Ultimately the property you're looking for is what matters, but should you land with Torbay Property Management, you're honestly in very good hands.

Excellent service. Staff has been excellent very friendly and so very helpful especially in the way they go above the norm to help you find a property and the support they offer from the beginning of your hunt even after your purchase they are always there to ensure that you settle in your new home. The Manager even ser up an hotel In an emergency as we were arriving late to pick up the keys on the night we were moving as we drove through the storm we couldn't be more grateful as we had our son who has Special Needs it was very long drive. It was so nice to know that there are so supportive all the way we cannot emphasize enough. Whenever we need advice it is just a Phone call away. It is great to know that there are decent people are still around. We could go on.

Worst people in history phoned them 5 time to chase up for our deposit back every time they said there looking into it 5 weeks on from the review date also had a written to them about a problem found with the roof of the flat and two different people did not chase up the problem having use to hire out some one else to fix the roof, will never bur or rent of these ever again.
