I have just sold my house with Trigglets and I can't rate them enough. Half way through my sale I had a really traumatic thing happen in my personal life. Helen was there to help me through. She was patient, understanding but most of all compassionate. I can't thank her enough. These estate agents are not like the others. They are a family run business and treat you like a human being and not a cash cow. Their fees are transparent, competitive with no hidden surprises. I will definitely use them again. Well where do I start? The ladies who work here are fabulous. Me and my bestie needed a place to stay after a horrific renting experience at Humphrey Davey house :( these guys went above and beyond for us! We can't thank them enough. We got a beautiful two bedroom flat for a really amazing price in the centre of Wath. We couldn't have done it without the ladies who work here! They knew of our situation and didn't stop till we had a property. I highly recommend this letting agents, if you wanna rent a property or put your property up for rent! Rang for information on a property on a Saturday morning . The girl on the phone basically said she didn't know and was just taking messages and someone would get back to me. Sounded very amateurish. They didn't ring until the Monday, It's not so much an issue but if you advertise being open make sure someone sounds professional and knows what they're talking about when potential buyers make enquiries.... Had a viewing last Thursday morning, explained to the woman I spoke to(Helen) I had other viewings in the area aswell, we arrived 10 minutes early, waited for 30 minutes, no phone call or explanation as to why no one had showed up but we had to leave as we had another viewing. Rang the office spoke to someone else who informed me they would try and see if we could view it later that same day and they would ring me back. Which they didn't. Emailed Helen again saying we would still be interested in viewing the property and booked me in another appointment at 4:30pm on Monday. I arrived at the property again 10 minutes early. Received a phone call at 4:30pm saying that they were supposed to arrive at 4pm but were going to be late, which I was not informed of before I went to view the property. The woman explained that she would not be at the property for another hour and expected me to wait. She offered me another appointment for the next day for a time I could not attend and refused to work around my schedule considering they have messed me around twice. Poor service, no clear communication, they clearly do not care about their potential clients.... Read more

Possible the worst estate agent I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Kept bond after saying that the hallway carpet had Marks on it. Yeah no sh** its 5 years old. I've spoke to the new tenants and the carpets not even been cleaned let alone replaced. Please avoid and save your self some grief. I never knew why estate agents had a bad name till I rented from these... Read more

I booked in to a view a house to rent with my girlfriend, we arrived at the house on the agreed time confirmed by Helen McCallum on email. No one turned up and when I rang the office to see where they are I was told I was not booked in, to which I replied I have confirmation. The girl on the phone then replied with a lie saying the landlord had taken the property off the market as soon as I said I had it confirmed. The smart thing to do would be to ring your customer and let them know if that’s true, which I very much doubt. Make your minds up. In future let your customers know you’re bad at your job so we don’t waste our time with you. Hopefully this review helps the next person avoid Trigglets estate agents. Very, very poor. Trigglets charged me for a repair that we weren't satisfied with and we didn't agree with the amount that we were charged for the work. Trigglets were not prepared to compromise on the bill. We are moving the two properties we have managed by them to another agent. Would never use or recommend them again.... Read more
