Fantastic Service from Start to Finish ????? I honestly cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. From the very beginning of my home-buying journey right through to collecting the keys, the service I received from Kirsty and her husband Gavin was absolutely exceptional. They are both incredibly friendly, professional, fair and attentive. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely care about both the buyer and the seller. They always made sure everyone was treated fairly, kept things moving smoothly and were there whenever we needed help, advice or reassurance. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but their kindness, communication and attention to detail made the whole process so much easier. They went above and beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agency, and it was clear that they genuinely take pride in what they do. One of the nicest touches was when we collected the keys. They had prepared a lovely handwritten card and some chocolates for us. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and it really showed that they care about their clients and wanted to make the moment of receiving our new home keys even more special. Kirsty and Gavin are not only fantastic professionals but genuinely lovely people. I always felt that I was dealing with people who truly cared about achieving the best outcome for everyone involved, rather than simply completing a sale. I was impressed with Gavin and Lee from the start. I would recommend Venters to anyone. Gavin took time to research similar properties and suggested a realistic price which worked well for me. I'd had a valuation from another company (that company had not been recommended by GetAgent). Their valuation was way short of what Gavin suggested.
