I was impressed with Gavin and Lee from the start. I would recommend Venters to anyone. Gavin took time to research similar properties and suggested a realistic price which worked well for me. I'd had a valuation from another company (that company had not been recommended by GetAgent). Their valuation was way short of what Gavin suggested. Gavin also gave me other useful advice on selling etc as it had been a while since I'd done this.... Read more
