Unfortunately 0 stars. They left the bulk just behind the property fence. After calls and messages, nothing has been done. Property sold with the mess behind. We were told "it's nothing to do with them" and their workmen's were saying "all agencies here are the same and they won't do anything with it". A completely hassle free experience from start to finish. Cannot recommend Gary and the team at Village Estates highly enough! This is my first time selling a property and wasnt sure what to expect but it was all explained clearly and has been a quick and easy process, great rate for fees and everything done at my own convenience (even dragged poor Gary back to take second photos and he didn’t bat an eye).
