If I could give them a zero, i would. Non professionals which do not attend to your needs and their customer service is horrible. To add to all that i was out of town when they had one of their viewings-as i am leaving them obviously!!- and the agent did not lock the door!! I only came back two days after to see that my door was open. Criminal at least!!!! Would not recommend it to my worst enemy!... Read more

I would genuinely rather be homeless than deal with these agents again. Trying to scam students out of their deposit for ludicrous reasons! When we moved out they tried to charge us over £1000 worth of “damages” hoping we’d roll over and pay it. We aren’t stupid. They had rediculous things such as £800 for a “full flat repaint” in which we knew hadn’t even been completed as we spoke to the nee tenants. This company produces lies after lies and are extremely incompetent. If you are in the same position or worse take your claims to the TDS scheme do not back down. We escalated the case to them and they awarded us our full deposit back and shut down every single one of their idiotic claims. Be aware of them!!!... Read more
