Although I have moved house a few times, I've never been able to instruct this agent myself because I moved before Wayne Lewis was an option. After being valued incorrectly and messed around by a previous estate agent we contacted Wayne and asked for his help.
He gave us an honest valuation that was both achievable and within the range we were comfortable to sell at.
The marketing photos were so much better than had previously been taken! A huge thank you to Nick for helping to show our home in the best way possible.
Our house really wasn't on the market long before an offer was made.
Wayne and the team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We asked a lot of questions and always had a quick answer (the hours Wayne puts in is not for the faint hearted, he's replied late in the evenings and even from his holidays!).

I cannot recommend Wayne Lewis highly enough. The level of professionalism and care Wayne has shown us is beyond par. Both as sellers and as buyers. We had a sudden and difficult curveball thrown at us during our purchasing process and Wayne went of his way personally, after hours, to ensure we were pulled from the hole and managed to find our dream home. You are not just a number to Wayne, he takes finding you a home as personally and as seriously as you take it.
If there were more stars to give, I'd give them in a heartbeat. If and when it comes time to sell my house in the future, there's only one door I'll be knocking on to get the smoothest possible ride through a naturally stressful process.

Myself and my partner seen a house we loved and we messaged Wayne Lewis properties to enquire a viewing and straight away we was contacted. As we both work full time and my partner arrives home late Wayne was so helpful by letting us go to the property in the evening and even waited when my partner was stuck in traffic travelling home. Wayne was extremely welcoming and just made us feel like we were home on just the first time we viewed the property. Any questions we had the answer was there. The whole experience has felt relaxed no pressure. We messaged Wayne for another viewing and we was met by Nick who was outstanding also. Both men were so kind and so easy to speak to about real concerns and questions there was no judgement just support. Once the process was completed Nick brought me the keys himself with a lovely bottle of Champagne ????

Positives:
Wayne is a very knowledgable and informative Estate Agent. He was exceptionally welcoming when we first attended the property.
The best thing I can say is that Wayne was always accessible via telephone. He said from the begining that he will always answer you ASAP, and I can honestly say that he did not disappoint on that front. He also answered queries, and did chase up errands when needed.
Negatives:
I would not go with the Solicitors that Wayne recommends. As a first time buyer they were horrific to work with. At first they sent me all the paperwork as expected, but then the person I delt with didnt' respond to some of the questions I asked or confirmed documents I sent, they did not clarify steps or requirements for these steps and also attempted to overcharge me by a £1000's. They also did not know how to deal with the Help 2 Buy process, even though it was clearly written out. Considering these solicitors jobs is properties - for First time buyers they were attrocious-- DO NOT USE Devonalds!
Sadly, this has reflected badly on Wayne and definitely made me doubt the relationship I had with Wayne near the end of the process, and bought it down a star. This review has also been left on Devonalds page.
This was a very valuable learning experience and apparently my experience is common. I wouldn't class it as a nightmare, but definitly unneccessarily stressful.
I have been able to discuss this with Wayne, who has apologised and is actioning the above experience with the solicitors.
Thankfully I am settled in my new home and grateful the process is over.

Right from the word go, Wayne was attentive, responsive and got the property photographed and on the market really quickly. He clearly has a great portfolio of potential buyers as he was able to secure an offer by doing a viewing at the same time as taking the photos.
Following offer, Wayne continued to be attentive and responsive and did an excellent job of proactively managing the chain and totally managing the relationship with the buyers on our behalf - keeping in regular contact via Whatsapp and phone call.
