We chose Whittaker’s because they were passionate about selling our house. They clearly had great local knowledge and good contacts. They stimulated a lot of interest in the property and we have agreed a sale, just above valuation, within a week of the house going on the market. Communication has been great. We feel lucky that we chose Whittaker’s. We still clearly have to exchange contracts but we don’t foresee any issues with that either.... Read more
