We have been selling & letting in the Oldham area for over 60 years now and all our properties are advertised on Rightmove, Onthemarket & Social Media allowing the widest possible exposure of your property to buyers and tenants. Our phone lines are open until 7pm in the week and 4pm at weekends and Bank holidays. Our aim is to achieve the best price in the shortest time frame for all our clients.

Very strange experience over the phone when trying to book a viewing. Was advised property is still available but they've got far too many viewings and can't fit me in. I advised I'm a cash buyer and will pay more than the asking price if needed and can offer full amount without viewing the property, which I've done on a number of occasions with Ryder & Dutton, Cousins and many others and purchased the properties. The person (male) on the phone didn't even take my name or number down. What a strange establishment. You'd think they'll have the decency to take at least a name and number down to grow their own business portfolio but not even that. If you're looking to sell your property then I'd stay clear of these lot. I'm sure you'd want the most for your property.... Read more
