We had initially listed with another estate agent without much success before reaching out to the guys. The photos and marketing that they put together were excellent and a massive step-up, helping us secure a sale at the desired price within five days. Me and my fiancée are first time buyers and we couldn't have asked for an easier time buying our first property. We first met Jack around 2 months before at a previous property and he was very helpful in explaining the whole process to us. When we went to view another property (the one we ended up buying, Jack again was the estate agent). Throughout the whole process Jack kept us updated, even when there was hold ups in the chain we was always informed what was going on through emails and phone calls.

Adam and Jack have completely broken the mould of what to expect from estate agents. They marketed and sold our property quickly, efficiently and with remarkable professionalism. Whilst our chain was every bit as stressful as people warn you it will be, they were the glue that held it all together. Calm, capable and endlessly reassuring, we wouldn’t have gotten through it without them.
Jack was particularly exceptional from start to finish, always available, approachable, patient and honest in his advice. Despite having plenty of clients, he genuinely made us feel like we were his only ones, which speaks volumes about the level of care and attention he gives. They’re a small operation but in a town like Stortford that’s a benefit- the guys are both local and know the area well.
They took great photos and found a number of potential tenants after one evening’s viewings.
