I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin through a friend as I needed to get a valuation done for my flats, Kevin was punctual, he took a look around and was very friendly and professional. He offered some really good advice on how to decorate the flats and what repairs and touch ups needed doing to add value to them, he was very knowledgeable and showed me some ideas. I spoke about potentially selling one of the flats and he had similar properties in the area to show me what kind of price I could potentially achieve and how much to market the property at realistically. Kevin put me in touch with a professional photographer who arranged to take pictures of my flat but unfortunately I decided to keep it to rent out. We have been doing business with Raj and his Team for over 10 years. We have over 15 properties which he manages for us. His team is always up to date with gas safety certificates and electrical and any other regulatory inspectionsand information us 1 month before they are due for renewal. Very efficient when a tenant is leaving a property another is already waiting to occupy so property is not left vacant for too long only if painting or repair works are required. If there is a problem Raj will inform us by email and phone call for leak emergency. We have more properties which we will hand over for him to manage for us. Good job keep it up.... Read more

I would not hesitate to utilize the services of Woodend Estates again. If you require your deposit at the end of your tenanacy, avoid this agents at all cost. Lived in property for over 9 years. No maintenance, improvement or repairs for over 9 yrs from them. Spent my own funds improving, repairing, painting, plastering leaks, kitchen, bathroom, garage for over 9 years. They lied at end of tenancy that l did damage. Refused to return my deposit. And even attempted extorting thousands from me, stating l did damage to the house, despite spending my own money for 9 years to renovate the property. Avoid at all cost.... Read more

Recently sold our house with Woodend Estates, we dealt with Satyen who was very professional and thorough & also kept us well informed. Towards the end of our sale we were sent a text to inform us that Satyen no longer worked for them, we thought a call would have been more professional to put our minds at rest & also to establish a new contact but sadly this didn't happen.
