Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. Although I’ve lived in the area for years I was not aware of Woodward estate agents until I checked with Getagent, tucked by the side of the road of Denby. Having looked at the statistics provided, they were the best in the area, both in terms of time to sell and price achieved, so I placed our house with them to sell. They were superb to deal with and produced excellent particulars. They work very hard to market the house and achieved about a dozen viewings in three weeks, compared to none, on our previous attempt to sell with a major agent. I don’t live in the area now so they handled all the viewings and the entire process themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to sell in the local area they are superb, and lovely to deal with.... Read more

Honestly couldn’t wish for a better estate agents, they’re helpful, offer amazing prices, their contact throughout is great and they’re always up to date on what’s happening. It’s super hard to find an estate agent that actually have your best interests at heart but I can guarantee that Woodwards does. Laura, Emma and Hayley are all absolutely incredible and went above and beyond. Less than 24 hours after seeing the house online Laura got our offer accepted! They all helped so much to guide us through everything. Unfortunately we were tied in to a ridiculous contract with another estate agents for our sale, but they offered us advice and help on all aspects even though they were only dealing with our purchase.
