Our experience with Lisa Ashby was extremely poor. We were repeatedly given inaccurate information about timelines and progress, which caused unnecessary stress and delays. Although she was initially responsive, communication later dropped off completely, leaving us chasing for updates and clarity. We were given details of other properties in the chain, their estate agents immediately gave us a much more truthful and very different picture.
Overall, it was one of the least trustworthy experiences we’ve had with an estate agent, and I’d strongly recommend proceeding with caution if you choose to deal with her.
Also avoid using CompleteASAP they do almost nothing.

Xchange have been brilliant from the start. We paid extra for the drone photos which are very good and the marketing photos and walkthrough and virtual tour are all excellent.
Our house was put on sale on Thursday, the board went up outside on Friday, on Sunday Gina did 8 viewings and on Monday we accepted an offer!

From the very first time I met Michael I was impressed. He came out on a Sunday to photograph the house ready for a Monday launch. The quality of photos & video were genuinely phenomenal- it was the main reason I chose Xchange as I had seen on Rightmove & the amount of sold boards was practically 2:1 in our local area.
House launched & Lisa was assigned as our sales advisor. Just wow. So efficient, so kind, so empathetic. Day 1, booked 6 viewings in & unbelievably we sold. It went to a bidding war between 3 & Lisa negotiated us a sale 10k over asking price.
The journey has not gone as smoothly as first planned due to other agents in the chain being less efficient than Xchange has but we have got across the line. Despite everything, Lisa has been there every step of the way not only to advise & guide but also to mop tears & offer a friendly shoulder which I have been so grateful for. Talk about the personal touch!
Honestly, if I ever moved again, I would have no hesitation in using Xchange. Since using them I’ve met & seen more & more ppl using them and honestly, I understand why.

We decided to go with Xchange Properties after noticing that some homes around the area weren’t selling, that is until Xchange stepped in. Once they took over, properties were selling quickly and that gave us the confidence to give them a shot. It turned out to be the best decision.
We mainly dealt with Michael, who was brilliant from the start. He really knows the local market and was clearly on top of everything. Communication was spot on, he was always easy to reach, even outside the usual 9-to-5, and worked around our schedules without any fuss.
The whole process felt smooth and stress free. Our house sold in a timely manner, we were kept in the loop the entire time and Michael negotiated a great price for us. It genuinely felt like we were in safe hands throughout.

Perfect from start to finish.
Petros from beginning to end was immaculate in his dedication to selling our home. Moving house is one of the most stressful things a person can do but with Petros in our corner it was smooth sailing.
Even when our buyer messed us around our house sold again within 3 days! And we were back on track in no time and have just moved into our dream home.
An extra point to make is how good a job Xchange did on our house photos and really capturing its best qualities to the point we had 8 viewings in the first week of being on the market.
All in all a very good experience and will definitely be using them again if we ever decide to move again.

What can I say about Xchange Properties other than fantastic!
We first came across them when we saw a listing of theirs for the house we ended up buying. The listing stood out on Right Move due to the amazing photography and we knew from other agents listings that this wasn't something you'd find everywhere.
We had Jamie and Brad come out to give us a quote for putting our house on the market. They were really friendly and competitively priced but more importantly we were sold on their ability to market our house effectively.
Throughout the selling process communication was strong and any worries we had were always taken care of.
Our house sold quickly and Xchange were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process.
Would highly recommend anyone wanting to sell their house to use Xchange Properties.

Micheal and his team have bent over backwards on helping us on our journey of selling our property. From the footage they have provided, photo portfolios, internal video throughout, superb online presence to aerial drone video, they always go the extra mile to showcase your home. The communication was always on point, which is key as our experience with our previous agents was lacking on that level.
