Zuplex - HUGE Help for me and my family we struggled for months to find a home in a new town, and these guys made a massive difference to our lives by accepting us as tenants to a beautiful home in Blackpool. They made all this happen after a last minute viewing and then over email whilst I was away with work in China. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the customer service I experienced at your Green Lane branch today. My husband and I visited your office to renew our contract, only to be met with the worst treatment we have ever received.
Not only were there delays in responding to our queries and addressing important matters in the past, but today's encounter was particularly upsetting. We were shocked to discover that my husband had not been included in the previous year's contract, despite the clear indication in the 2021 agreement that two adults resided at the property. Our contract had already expired last month, and instead of helping us resolve this issue, your staff engaged in a heated argument and were completely unwilling to assist us.
What made the situation even more distressing was the unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff. Instead of discussing our matter in a respectful and professional manner, they resorted to chatting in Turkish language in front of us, making us feel ignored and disrespected. This level of rudeness and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression on me.
I have never before been subjected to such unprofessional behavior and disrespectful treatment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when dealing with matters as important as property contracts. The way we were treated today was completely unacceptable.

While they successfully found a buyer, Zuplex failed to list our property on the market and still charged the full price. The involvement of questionable "under-the-table cash" transactions, unbeknownst to both my ex-wife and I, was unsettling. It's regrettable that our house missed the opportunity for a price war due to apparent favoritism toward a friend of the agents. Requesting property photos prompted unnecessary questions about why, requiring repeated reminders of my client status. Disappointed with the service—calling them was a decision I have now come to regret.

This is the worst agency I dealt with. They don’t answer any complaints when you have issues with your property. They don’t even talk to you with respect once they they give you the key and you end up headache.
We rented a property 2 years before and till now they never dealt our issue straight. The worst part is when they responded “we are not gonna do nothing about that issue, if you wanna fix, fix fix your self, if you wanna move move”

Someone put an advert for a flat using my mums mobile number accidently years ago. My mum gets hounded with messages/calls from your company constantly. I’ve rung, emailed and begged for her number to be taken off your system. All your company has done is lied by telling me they have taken it off when they haven’t. Please stop ringing and messaging and take her number off your system. It’s really not hard. She’s not even a customer and never was. How her number was even allowed to be put on your system without permission we don’t know.

Amazing service from Zuplex, helped me sell my house very quickly. I was initially with another agent for many months who was very lazy and unprofessional, I was then approached by Hussain, the sales manager who advertised my property for less than 3 weeks before finding me a buyer. He provided sharp service throughout the transaction and was always there when I needed him. Highly recommend!!!

Appalling and utter incompetent unprofessionals who will make all the right noises to make you sign under the dotted line only to let you down in every aspect once after that. The management right from the top are in shambles, disjointed and uncoordinated. Their property management skill is extremely poor and utter failure. When you question some of their ridiculous maintenance quotes, you get verbal abuse and threat over the phone from Ihsan, the person who claims to be the director of the company. They don’t put the deposit in a protected scheme as required by law, I had to constantly chase for payment every month the list goes on. Luckily I was one step ahead of them and terminated the contract and signed a new tenancy directly with the sitting tenants.I still find it extremely difficult to fathom how such a rogue bunch of rude and incompetent individuals are permitted to operate under the UK sky.
If you are a landlord, think twice before signing away your property to Zuplex.

Have placed nightmare tenants in my block where I live. Dispite numerous complaints about noise, overcrowding of property and anti social behaviour, problems continue. Have complained by phone and even visited the office and nothing is done. Tenants just do what they like. Seem to just care about collecting rent and fees.

Make sure you don’t get involved, you will never get paid on time. I currently got court case going on with them. I would say disgusting agency. They will threaten you like mafia to get a penny from you. I am involved I am trying to get rid off them.I rented my property through them a year ago. Contract had ended. They still charge me for nothing, you have to remind them all the time to get paid. I do not want to use their services anymore, owner Ihsan called me and shouted at me on the phone very unprofessional manner. Because I do not want to use their services anymore. Than he threaten me he will take tenant to court to remove from property, because they found the tenant a year ago. They keep deposit and not registring with scheme, Landlords be careful what you get involved. Tenants want to stay, they call tenants and advice them if they want to stay , I should decrease rent. It is really disgusting

It’s seemed to be an honest and professional company when we approched them, however it turned out to be a living hell. Ihsan lied to us on several occasions, and did not mention that the tenants were on benefit without any intention to leave the property. We did only found this out when the exchange was about to take place. He was constantly hiding important information, keep saying that the property would be vacated soon, and we ended up with our mortgage offer expired after 7 months of waiting.
Unresponsive to our emails and calls, they also required us to pay a deposit which obviously never got refunded.

Very poor emails, as if they had used google translate, but whenever I spoke on the phone they seemed fine which was odd.
Unprofessional, once had an email ending ‘earthly regards’ and other comments best not repeated!!
They didn’t manage my property but with the amount of problems we had it would have been very helpful for them to at least have replied to some of my emails relating to damp and mild problems.
Pretty poor but not the worst company I’ve heard stories off.
Didn’t put our deposit in a proper scheme though or give us an up to date boiler document- since we got our deposit back I didn’t chase it.
I didn’t trust them and wouldn’t look at renting with them again.

Awful and unprofessional firm. I keep receiving unsolicited messages from them and despite requesting they stop I continue to get them. I do not know how they got my details and will be reporting them to their trade body if I receive any more.
Having been "removed" from their marketing, guess what, today I receive another unsolicited message which is now being reported to the information commissioners office.

I am getting their texts and I have called 5 times to cancel them. Each time they promise to do this and I got a text message again. It just annoying.

Very helpful staff, always ready with information and support. I often ask them questions by phone or email and they are ready with the answer.
On the rare occasions when they don't answer immediately they always return the call on the day which is unheard of in the estate agency business.
Would recommend to anyone.
