25th May 2023 (2 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Having used another estate agent unsuccessfully, Robin Jessop rescued us. They are friendly, professional and most of all honest. They always answer the phone and they do what they say they will. Practical advice is always on hand and they are very approachable. Mitchell and Sam have been amazing and attentive. I wish we’d used them to sell our house in the first place. I would highly recommend using Robin Jessop.

I used this company 3 years ago and I wasn’t sure as that last valuer didn’t seem that interested and I was pleasantly surprised how much detail Mark went into. Thoroughly recommend, marketed it well and now sale agreed. I look forward to completing and moving into my new home with another one of your offices. Thank you so Dan

Although it was Stockton Branch, the Managing Director of both Branches tried to justify the terrible treatment and lack of any consideration from Stockton. Absolutely zero support and a terrible experience, no calls returned, no updates, and eventually blanked. **AVOID**

12th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

The most impressive characteristic is her rapid response to any request or query that that has arisen. She has kept us well informed of any developments in a timely manner. Thank you

25th Jul 2018 (7 years ago)Honestly, if I could lower the stars any further, I would. These guys are absolutely terrible. They threatened my tenants with harassment, told me the property wasn’t damaged when it was (they hadn’t been to see it). They then tried to rent it damaged (severely) for four months before they rented it. The new tenants then informed me durectly about the damage and I had to get it fixed. they then ripped me off upon exit of contract due to their breach Every tenant I had complained about their service and poor communication. It took a month to find out the tenants were having issues at some points. Do not go with these guys as you just get ripped off, lose rental return and end up managing it yourself regardless. I have since had to take them to court for the losses.

2nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely horrible estate agents, let their landlords run into disrepair and leave a kitchen with electrics under the sink exposed with water leaking for 6 months. Only when the council got involved they immediately sent an eviction notice under lie that he's selling because of may renters reform so he can't be challenged over the section 21. No problem. They then try to lie and say we refused entry or cancelled appointments and continued this for months as a way to make the tenant look difficult. The tenant that has lived here for 3 years 1 year in unsafe conditions until the council got involved because my children became unwell. So C.A (look on the website for full name) the compulsive liar, who likes to talk to tenants like trash accusing them of not paying rent and threatening them with landlords only to find the rent was paid a week early as usual and no apology offered until I argued over it. She is an absolute nasty piece of work and has some kind of power trip going on. Provoked and provoked until I did call her everything under the sun because I am paying to live in disrepair and them saying we are cancelling appointments which we have not done! Do check all date on photos and to me line!!! Look at my SAFE kitchen.
10th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)We recently began renting a property through your agency. Unfortunately, on the second day of our tenancy, the landlord admitted to H and H agents that he had looked through our windows—an act that constitutes a serious violation of our right to privacy. Following this incident, we mutually agreed to end the tenancy early. However, we have been informed that a full month’s rent will be retained, with the explanation that the landlord’s actions were merely "a quick peek" and therefore not a cause for concern. Regardless of how brief the intrusion was, any unauthorized observation into a tenant’s private space is entirely inappropriate and unacceptable. According to the terms of the tenancy agreement, landlords must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before entering or inspecting the property. If there are concerns regarding the condition of the property, the appropriate course of action is to use the security deposit—not to violate a tenant’s privacy. In our case, the deposit was returned in full. While we acknowledge that we painted the walls without permission to high standard and neutral white colour, this does not in any way justify the landlord’s actions or the withholding of a month’s rent. Due to the seriousness of the privacy breach, I have reported the matter to the police, as it may constitute a criminal offence. I will also be pursuing the matter through civil court to recover the withheld rent. The response from your agency has been disappointing. In particular, a member of your staff, Shirley, laughed when I expressed discomfort over the landlord’s behavior. This dismissive attitude only adds to the distress we have experienced. A Complaint is ongoing but the agents to not seem to have the time to respond within a few days.. Renters deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity as homeowners. Owning a property does not entitle anyone to disregard the legal and ethical boundaries that protect tenants’ rights , we are not second class citizens..
