25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Great service from Robin Jessop Ltd. A special mention to Lauren in Bedale who was superb. It was a difficult sale as our associated house purchase was a little fraught. Thank you to everyone involved.<br>Jessops are not the cheapest agents, but you get what you pay for. And as I have had experience of four different local estate agents in the last three years, I would still go for Jessops in the future if we needed to.<br>Thank you to all involved

23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Landlord came to the property with a guy to measure the windows let himself in the garden and stood there watching me through the patio doors which scared me to death. After about 10 mins he introduced himself and was laughing at me for being so scared. He then said “oh I thought you would be at work” so if I had been at work he would have let himself in. The boiler broke in Nov and we were left without heating and hot water for 10 days with a small child as the landlord didn’t trust the engineer that Carla sent out on the same day. Unscrupulous landlord tried to take all the deposit even though the house was cleaner than when we moved in.

We originally used Love property as a letting agent (above comments). They now acted for us in a sale. Their professionalism and dedication continued. Thoroughly recommend.

From the very beginning, everyone took the time to explain the process clearly, answer any questions I had, and make me feel completely at ease. The entire team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, yet always approachable and genuinely friendly. Selling a home can often be a stressful experience, but they made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt well informed and supported at every stage. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their commitment to providing outstanding customer service really stood out. Excellent communication, super friendly, good updates, prompt replies... I have heard stories of sellers' estate agents being difficult when you're the buyer, but this is the complete opposite. I moved up from London at short notice and Annie made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable. She was quick to respond, clear about every stage of the paperwork, and patient with my questions about the tenancy agreement and compliance documents. Everything I asked for was sent through promptly and explained properly, including the certificates and deposit details. Moving several hundred miles into a flat you have only seen briefly takes a certain amount of trust, and Annie earned it. Thank you for making the start of a new chapter in Northallerton so smooth.
