25th May 2023 (2 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)What can I say about Your move Darlington, from booking a viewing at a property 3 weeks ago, to making an offer, then having Hannah come and valuate and take my property to market and selling just 1 day after going live, to Sharon and Allyson who has helped every step of the way too, it is all with the solicitors to be finalised but i know if i need them they are only a call away.

I sympathise with anyone selling or letting a property through this stuck up agency . May god help you . Completely slack , a lot of p45’s need dishing out here .

They aren’t even selling my house but have helped me so much in buying one of their properties. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They found me a suitable tenant very quickly, and they are both extremely professional, efficient and personable, and made the whole renting out process run very smoothly. When one is either on the phone or with clients the other takes over with a seamless transition. They explained everything clearly and immediately followed through with documentation, updates and organising the necessary contractors. Nothing was too much trouble, and I truly couldn't have asked for more! They are a great team, and I wouldn't want to use anyone else.
