7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I have for many years used BMH as the letting agent for two small properties I own in Grimsby, one since 2012 and one since 2013. The service BMH has provided has been outstanding at all times. Any issues that crop up are dealt with quickly and BMH is also very efficient on the admin side - which really eases the burden as the rental landscape becomes increasingly complex for landlords. Strongly recommended!

31st Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

Ensured only good quality viewers with high potential to proceed were shown round. Professional photography included as part of the package. There was no paying for add ons - what you see is what you get. House selling process is stressful as it is and Relo were always on hand to have a conversation, giving viewer feedback etc.
