Stuart, Rachelle & the team have been excellent throughout & the whole process from the initial instruction to today's exchange of contracts has only taken 13 weeks. Many thanks!
4th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Barringtons provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Tim and Nigel know the local market and are both attentive and supportive. My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive. Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.

Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out. He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there to help. Thank you Peter for helping us with our beautiful, new home!

19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)They had exactly the right balance being freindly and not " pushy " The lead up to exchange with 5 in the Chain was really unpleasant but they were always on the end of the phone and Toby personally waded in at 4PM on the last working day for solicitors on Friday the 19th to push the exchange through. Anyone can handle an easy transaction it's the really difficult ones that show proper customer service.

Special shout out to Steph our property manager and also James and Alex for arranging the lets and being super responsive ????????????

21st Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I used Cubitt and West as they were local to me whilst selling my house which made it easy to pop in for a catch up. Due to the far reach they have in the south east of England it made sense to use their experience and knowledge of the market. All the staff were extremely helpful every step of the way and even went above and beyond to help on a couple of occasions. I'd like to give my personal thanks to Kerry the office manager for being so positive the whole journey, Kevin for going above and beyond, Nick the sales progressor for keeping me updated with the solicitors and of course Caroline the secretary for her support. It was a long journey and as well as selling my house, I've made some friends in Cubitt and West - thank you to everyone involved :)
15th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)It has been quite a pleasant experience with Charlie Salter . He works high-efficiently and always gives us the very prompt reply of every enquiry. Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

We then proceeded smoothly to completion just over 3 months later. If you want to sell your house in Chichester, look no further than White and Brooks.

Right from the start, she was so professional and we felt she had a very sound and realistic take on the housing market rather than trying to put the house on at the highest possible price. Right through the selling process, she was always really friendly, helpful and profressional, as were the KF team of ladies doing the viewings. Many thanks to you all for all your sterling work!

Alex himself is always upbeat and a pleasure to spend time with, nothing seems too much trouble or to phase him. If you are looking for an Estate Agent to shoulder the stress and make moving as easy as possible go with Alex. Alex sees the whole deal, sale and purchase, and was actively involved in both achieving a great outcome for us. He is birlliant!
