He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who what’s an excellent service.

23rd Sep 2019 (6 years ago)Harry helped us sell above our expected sales expectation and kept us updated during the listings. Was a pleasure to list with them and worth the slightly higher listing commission than some other cheaper agents that may not have had the same results. Will use again.

They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. 1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.

20th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Recommend SO sales by Pocket Living as they are supposed to specialise in resale of this type of property. 1. There is no strategy to the sale of these properties which can be tough in any market. Little help with pricing / reduction. It will all be self driven. 2. Lack of communication from the estate agent who operated like this role was a side hustle. Very hard to get a hold of him and mostly communicated via emails. 3. Lack of push to move things both buyer/seller side. Made the prices slow and messy. 4. General lack of ownership and help. Made the process even more stressful. 5. His focus is doing the bare min and shifting responsibility Would not recommend at all. I would pay the extra fees than be blinded by their cheaper fees. They are cheap for a reason.

They are a hard working, efficient and driven team. I never had to follow up with them, they provided us continual feedback and kept us appraised of any market updates. If you’re tired of dealing with young/inexperienced estate agents from big companies then I would recommend giving these guys a shot!
