Bought a property off them and my seller Dean had ‘his builder’ do some of the works the house needed. He then recommended this guy and company for works as he knew I was wanting a renovation. Turns out the builder was very bad, has done a runner mid job and they all know each other well. Don’t trust them. All this builders clients have said the exact same thing so it’s impossible to ‘recommend’ someone with an awful reputation. Cost me a lot of money and time and stress.

We viewed a property with Fraser and immediately saw he was a cut above many agents we had dealt with. We asked him to value our property. Other agents gave higher valuations but 90% of the time they're simply trying to get you to sign with them, then inevitably they pressure you to reduce your price when it doesn't sell straight away. Fraser was honest from the start, sold our place for a good price and made the experience as stress free as it can be. Highly recommended!

This team are the complete package; they accurately assessed the market in the value placed on our house and sold for precisely what we agreed we would be happy with accepting. Their price was 10% to 15% higher than the asking price their rival agents recommended and their fee was a whole 1% cheaper so we won both ways. They are both attentive and knowledgeable, remaining calm throughout the entire process. We could not fault their service nor delivery.
