9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I would strongly advise against using this agency. We had an offer accepted by a landlord and were sent the contract and all payment details late Friday afternoon. Interestingly, they don’t take holding deposits (claiming they "don't operate that way"), yet they expected us to sign and transfer a very large sum of money immediately without having our questions answered. By Monday morning, we had cleared all queries, completed references, and signed the contract. After being told to wait for the landlord's "green light" for several hours while we were ready to pay, we were suddenly told the landlord had accepted another identical offer. The excuse given was that the "market is competitive," which is a poor cover for unprofessionalism. They wasted our time, energy, and personal data. Avoid if you want a transparent or reliable process.

They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.

Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my situation, provided clear and honest advice, and developed a strategy that worked best for me. Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. They handled negotiations with skill and honesty, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions—no matter how big or small. 11th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Mylako have dealt with my concerns and challenges to do with the management of my flat and the building in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Businesses are made up of people and Mylako has some great professionals working there who take the needs and situations of their customers very seriously and it shows with the correction of issues relating to works needing to be done, accounts to be paid and a myriad of other things for which a capable and willing managing agent is essential
18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to work with Martin on the sale of my beloved home. I’ve been unlucky with timing and withdrawn offers over the last 4 years. I used multiple agents and it just didn’t work. Then I recall my previous conversations with Martin a long time ago and decided to get in touch. I’ve always preferred working with local agents so I appointed Clements Habba. Martin knows the market like the back of his hand and is honest (but with ambition) with his assessment on pricing and timing. I needed a quick sale and he delivered within the time frame and the agreed price range. He has also really gone above and beyond throughout the process, which I couldn’t have done without given I live abroad.

It was quite hard to arrange a viewing with the sellers but I really felt like Vito really looking out for me throughout the whole process and wanted the best for me as a person, not just for the sale. This didn't go unnoticed and I'm really grateful for this.
