19th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We have recently sold our house and was incredibly lucky to meet Jayne from W H Brown at the Newland Avenue branch in Hull. Jayne is very professional, kind, and easy to speak too. She helped and guided us every step of the way from start to finish as she was so conscientious. On some occasions we spoke to Amber, the manager who also gave good advice and was understanding with her warm approach. It was great to have a peace of mind knowing that you are being well looked after at this branch.

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. 11th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Couldn’t recommend Lovell enough. From the moment we met Eve for a valuation, we got a really good feeling that they were the right agent for us. The valuation was spot on, we sold in less than a week and they host all the viewings for you so it takes the stress away. All our viewings were arranged back to back on a Saturday to limit inconvenience. Lee who hosted the viewings took the time to visit beforehand and make notes on everything so he was fully prepared and knowledgable to answer any questions and promote the house at its best. Eve has been great following the sale keeping on top of the chain to make sure all ran smoothly right up until completion. I’m not moving again but if I were to, I wouldn’t go anywhere else

As I live in a different Country I relied heavily on their involvement and I wasn't disappointed. Megan my main contact answered emails immediately, picked up the phone to my every call (there were many), she chased conveyancers throughout the chain, supported us through frustrations and even arranged the meter readings when they were due. Megan was so lovely and kind while maintaining her professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough. Also a shout out to the rest of the team who did the viewings, took meter readings, turned down the heating after a cold spell and generally kept an eye on an empty property.
6th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Belvoir don’t seem to be flexible in terms of their viewing windows in my opinion. From my experience today, they expect potential buyers to work around them . I requested a viewing at a flat on Lowgate, to basically be told their that their property agent didn’t want the hassle of accommodating me. The manager then proceeded to tell me that they had lots of other viewings at the property, almost insinuating that they can afford to pick and choose bits of business here and there. As a vendor, I definitely wouldn’t be happy with this company!s sales approach. Especially given that I confirmed that I would be in a position to purchase immediately with no chain involved!
15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I'm not sure why Oscars have so many good reviews, this was the reason I chose them. For me the service was below average when selling my house. Their communication is slow at times and not what I'd expect for a professional firm. After selling my house I sent them 2 emails which they did not even respond to which I found disappointing. I will not be using them again.

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)I recently both sold and purchased a property through Rezee, and both aspects of the move were managed brilliantly. George, the owner, was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring when he came to value my home. The house was photographed and listed within just a few days, and we accepted an offer less than two weeks later, which suited our timescales perfectly. Regarding the purchase, Rezee requires an upfront deposit to secure a property. Although I was a little unsure at first, I ended up really liking this structure as it deters time-wasters and provides genuine peace of mind for all parties involved. I also want to give a special call-out to the office team—Katie, Fran, and Amy. I naturally had a lot of questions, and they played a massive part in supporting the process and proactively chasing solicitors to keep things moving. Thank you all for helping us secure our forever home.
